There hasn't been any proof of anything that I've seen, just the words of a 14 year old and a bunch of people who have never done business with MKR yet hate them.. As I've said Joe comes off as a major ass ole but I haven't seen any proof that they have done anyone wrong, not one shred. Randy

Maybe not, but this is my take.

These are my observations and my personal conclusions, in regards to the four threads Joe has posted on, here on Fauna. I haven’t purchased anything from Joe and what price he sets for his animals at, doesn’t concern me personally.
What I do find interesting, which does go to the title of this thread is his business ethics and what he has stated himself on this forum. I would find it unlikely that he will return after finding out he couldn’t buy a favorable opinion to his views on this board.
In this thread alone, Joe and his employees have definitely lived up to this quote Jim posted a few pages ago.

Business Ethics here in regards to Fauna.

Yeah they do want me here and want me to spend big money here on advertising. I have my own tv show and forums and classifieds now. Joe at MKR

Then when anyone says something he doesn’t like or things aren’t going his way.

Now I am really gone and to the owners it is people like jasballs that stop you from getting huge advertisng dollars from me.

With all the comments Joe made to other snake and gecko breeders here, I think Stephanie summed it up well.

I find it really, really hard to believe that anyone active in this business would speak like this to the community, brag about how much money they make & threaten to ruin competitors businesses. Really I guess I shouldn't be surprised with anything, but this has dropped my jaw.

I am very happy to see that a 14 year old boy has finally been treated fairly. That is the reason that I brought this transaction to light. If It had been a good deal, there would never have to be a refund of any kind. how many more refunds will there have to be as these deals start to surface? Andre was afraid to come here and tell his story, I told him the good folks here could help him. I was right about that. Andre im very thankful that you were refunded your money, and please put alot more thought into who you will send your money to and make your next purchase from.

I know that this discussion about the $2000 and your earlier relationship with Wes and Joe at MKR is ongoing in the other thread. Undoubtedly, many here have followed some of it now. I guess it unavoidable since the original refund concerns were voiced in both places. I know you thought it "private", but many here would disagree, the catalyst being your claim of the past few days for he refund on the snake. I think it could best be put as a possible conflict-of-interest issue, in which one party has a perceived obligation to reveal all of their relationship with or against another party beyond their specific complaint. Context matters. I am glad that MKR gave you a full refund. Considering the timing of the request so soon after they declined to loan you $2000, if all the facts are true, I can see them having a concern of begrudgery. As per Randy's request, I think it might be helpful if you can post up evidence of the initial original transaction. Things do not seem as cut-and-dry as before.

Andre you claimed in that thread on BP that the snake was misrepresented to you IE what you got wasn't what you paid for.. Yet I didn't see any evidence that this was true and was wondering if you have some proof that backs up what you claim?? Emails, written contract? How about the paperwork that came with the animal can you post it here for us to see? Thanks.. Randy

Bobby But as a whole ( cutting through all the B.S ) and looking at the root....This is all over Joe "Dropping Mojave's" on the market, and people being pissed.I can see that, But to be up Joes ass with a microscope is only causing aggravation to those that are doing it. If someone dropped Ghosts,Snows or Coral's on the boa market for lets say $250.00 this thread and microscoping would be about them would it not ? as far as I see this Joe or Wes hasn't ripped noone off, Pissed off I'm sure, But no theft that I know of.
