    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have sold to Chris and all went smoothly. Very nice person to deal with.

And BTW, that picture in the ad IS of a pastel.

The snake in the link IS a pastel. They come in all shades and colors, as with anything else...you get some that are real pretty and some that are just ole ugly.

Whatever, you obviously THINK you know what you are talking about so there is no sense in even trying to explain to you that there are different grades of pastels, and the one in his picture is also a pastel. :rolleyes:
 
I sent Chris a link to this thread with a heads up about it.
This guy is basically accusing Chris of selling normals as pastels on the BOI which is wrong since the poster obviously does not know what different grades of pastels look like. :NoNo:

Why dont you tell us what traits/markers/patterns/color...etc. that in your opinion would make up a pastel?

Why not fill us in on whatever it is you think we're missing.

I'm personally always looking to expand my knowledge base of the traits/markers/patterns/colors that make up certain morphs.....I've produced a good number of pastels this year with my super pastel males bred to normal females and would hate to think that any one of them may be a normal considering I did have a few that looked like the one in the link :rolleyes: :rofl:

You accused him of lying about what he is selling....which brings into question either your knowledge, or whether YOU are a good guy or bad guy. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt, and say it's lack of knowledge.

That IS a pastel, albeit not a very good one....and not a great quality picture either.
 
Never dealt with Chris personally, but would not hesitate to do so though.

And yes it is a Pastel in that ad.

I'd suggest that you change tactics if you want help from people on this site. It doesn't make a good impression to call knowledgeable people "knuckleheads".

I'm thinking this child is not quite so young and stupid as he would like to be considered.

Maybe it's just me, but he reminds me of someone....... someone not too bright......but with a REALLY big head....hmmmmm

Greg, you need to do your own research before you can make accusations about people's products...

PLUS!!! If you think it is such a normal snake, why not ask Chris first instead of question his character and ethics on the BOI? As I remember it, he did post the ad as being "an UGLY Pastel", but a Pastel none the less....
 
To answer your question - YES - Chris Bianco is a good guy and an honest seller - which I believe if you'd have done a search on the BOI you would have found out.

Yes - that is without a doubt a pastel, it's not the best looking pastel and Chris needs a new camera and some photo skills but it is what it is.

Here are two more from the ad - the transaction was flawless and the snakes were well cared for and yes they are pastels!!

I apologize. My mom just let me get my first ball python. It had a little orange on it but the guy at Petco said it was a normal. He said pastels are bright yellow and black. I went to buy a mouse today and brought a picture of the one from Chris and he said its normal. I wasn't trying to start trouble, I'm just trying to learn. The pic I posted was from a different ad.
