    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Landon, this looks like an African type scam. The guy's syntax and use of English screams West Africa. The dead giveaway is in the price. He quoted you a price in British pounds! He is so stupid he does not realize he is trying to scam an American, where we use (drum roll)..... dollars.

Well, I sympathize with his situation. Another guy using the same name tried to scam, and his name came up.

That said, nowhere does it say that HE is the bad guy. In fact, you made an effort to let people know that he is NOT the scammer in question. There is no libel here, and he can huff and puff all he wants. This thread ain't going away. You don't have to do anything except ignore him.
 
I purchased a couple of female normal ball pythons from him I believe in November of 08. I met him in person to make the deal and I don't think he is a scammer at all. He was slightly disorganized and communicated a wrong weight but all in all, a good transaction with me. I would purchase from him again, and can understand why he would be upset by this thread.

Firstly, I want to apologize to the LEGIT Chris Stewart, from Blue Mountain, VA. for the "huffing and puffing" statement.

I just got off the phone with him, and he is understandably upset about his name being associated with this mess. He seems like a nice and reasonable guy, and we had a good conversation. He is a reputable breeder who makes his living breeding pythons, and I would have no hesitation buying from him.

I imagine anyone would fell a bit peeved if they were in his situation, and I wouldn't blame him if he did huff and puff a little. (Not saying he did)
