    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

He is not selling anything right now, and the one thing I am not giving up on in our mediation is to be able to post who he is. The other side of the coin is undoubtedly the way I reacted to it all will be used against me, but I have already stated that I messed up in the way I handled it so it shouldnt be a big deal I hope. Everyone else I have dealt with in the herp world knows I am nice and easy going, but when someone who ripped you off tells you to your face no less "It's your loss just live with it" and then proceeds to friggin laugh at me for driving all the way to see him for no reason, I am fairly certain that most other people on here would have lost it too. When this is all said and done I promise I will have his name on here one way or another.Even if I have to send it to someone else on here to post it for me.
 
I hope my last sentence doesnt come back to bight me in the butt, I need to learn to think before I click post. If that last sentence somehow disapeared that would be really cool:) JK I know that isnt allowed.

It's completely understandable. But you can still outwitt him by saying: "Dear Mr. John Q. Snakeman, I would like to publicly express my sincere apologies for my past outrageous conduct (well you don't need to over do it ;) )". By doing so you had achieved both, apology and "news release".

One way or the other good luck to you!
 
Just had my trial on the 26th, got everything dropped and can even have the arrest sealed. Had to make agreements and soforth but I have found an out......lol To get the message out :)
