    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What can anyone tell me about doing business with this man.

Does he have a retail facility or just a private breeder?
Quality and health of his stock? CB or imports?
Any help would be appreciated.
 
Stan is a great guy! He is one of the "old timers" when it comes to the reptile Community. He does not have a retail location but breeds some of the best looking Amazon Basin emeralds out there. Not only is a nice guy to talk to but you won't have any problems when purchasing from him.
 
Stan Chiras - Good Guy !

Stan is a well-known breeder who's work in the field of Herpetology has resulted in providing some of the rarest tree-boas and pythons on the market today.

If Stan is selling an animal, you can be sure that it is well-respresented and healthy !

STAN is a very reputable

guy, and I must tell you that I probably know him longer than anyone here: a minimum of 25 years. You will have no difficulties with him. Jerry

time I saw him was at Daytona. I also happen to have a photo of him that was taken by some photographer 25 years ago. JERRY
 
I visited Stan Chiras' Reptile Supply in Miami when I was around 19 (I was born in 1960). He and his partner(?) Ray Van Nostrand had an outstanding place, and my friends and I were always eager to make the trip from Tampa Bay and buy something real neat.
 
He is no longer in Florida. He recently moved to Tennessee so he can fly around from mid country to everyoens facilities, lol.
Those are the words from Mike Powell. He lived a few blocks(well in that area a few miles) from Stan and said Stan had moved to Tennessee
Stan is a well known breeder with probably the nicest collection of Amazon Basins in the world. He is also a pioneer breeder for many snakes including Diamond Pythons, etc, etc, etc...
He is working on the t+ albino anacondas and some real neat ball python morphs right now. He also is rumored to have a few blond burmese and a leucistic burm.
 
Good guy

Ive only sold to Stan, but all deals were paid, as promised. Stan seemed like a very nice guy and Ive heard plenty of good references on him. I would buy from him without a second thought. Good Luck,
 
Quality person

I have dealt with Stan over several years. He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I just recently purchased a superb adult female Pimbura from him. She is a gem! In fact I know of nobody who has anything bad to say about him.
 
As everyone else has said.. good guy. I know him from way back. Last I heard he was just breeding rather than importing anymore.

Stan moved to tennessee.He also shows his dogs in feild trials.I used to take care of his collection while he was gone.He no longer works with emeralds.He has alot of one of a kind projects he is working on.I am gonna miss some of those reptiles.he also has croc.monitors that has repeated ly breed and lay good eggs watching them hatch was great.As far as stan He is a idiot.JUST KIDDING STAN.Ihave got some good reptiles from him.Also learned Do"s and don"ts.WE had a great time,Can"t wait to see some of those projects hit the reptile world.

Stan is great to do business with, He bought a pair of super tiger retics from me a few years ago. He flew his plane up from Florida, picked up the snakes and paid cash. What more can a fellow ask for.
