• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Inquiry inquiry: outback reptiles...

I just got 1.1 leucistic southern pines from them on September 18th. Both snakes had had one meal and shed once before I got them, and are eating great and growing like weeds for me. Jeromy, who works for Ian (I think that's the owner's name), sent me messages over on reptilegeeks.com whenever they got in anything that was on my "Want List." When they got the pines in, he let me know, sent pics pretty quickly, and I feel like I got a really good price on the snakes.

I am only about 1.5 hours away from them, so instead of shipping, I just met Jeromy at the Prince William County Fairgrounds, where they hold the Manassas reptile show.

The only bad thing I have heard about them is that they are almost impossible to get ahold of by e-mail, or at least when you reply to their ads on kingsnake.com. I replied to an ad on kingsnake.com about 6 months ago, and never got a reply, so I won't say this is false. I do think they put on their ads that phone calls take priority though.

As far as my overall experiance, I couldn't be happier. I would say go for it!

We have bought 1000's animals from Ian over the last couple of years, and he is one of the best. Very hard to get a hold of, but well worth the wait.

All his c.b and imports are top quality animals, that feed great.

I would buy without hesitation.
