• In case most of you have not noticed, I made changes to the donation amounts as well as the durations for all of the paid membership levels. Things are winding down here, and this seems to be the most prudent way to deal with the "end of life" period of this site.

    Contributor level members - $10 per 30 days
    Sponsors - Eliminated
    Benefactor level members - $25 per 30 days
    Endowment level members - $50 per 30 days

    On July 1, 2027, all paid memberships will be closed.

    On August 1, 2027, FaunaClassifieds will be terminated.

    Only change I expect that might take place is when I can get around to figuring out when the amount of money I would have to refund for the yearly paid memberships becomes less than the monthly expense of leasing my server, THAT date might be the termination date for the site.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I used to see the BOI as a useful tool, but there is much on this thread that is so shameful... Rick doesn't have to be your friend, you don't even have to like him- he has done fair deals and NO complaints. His association with Joe is all it took for you to attack him... SHAMEFUL!

I for one did not deal with MKR due to my opinion of their priorities- but I am dealing with Rick. And this thread is not enough to make me believe for one minute that decision was an error.

I can't help looking at this thread & be taken back to school when bullies would circle the "unapproved" kid... my bad for thinking adults were more mature. :ack2:

Why? I was in this deal with Rick before anything about MKR came up (check the timing in this thread). If IMHO attacking someone through their personal life seems like a sound practice to you; you are welcome to that opinion. I do not agree with that nor your conculsion about me. I entered a deal with someone & I aim to finish it... that's what "good guys" do. Period.

I'm sorry John, but I can't fault her for following through on a deal she entered into before this situation came to light.

If she'd made the deal after this all came out, then that would be a different story.

Well, I just completed a purchase from BallBoutique and could not be more pleased. Rick has great customer service. He was quick with responses to my emails, and worked a payment plan with me.
My purchase of a 2. Pastels, 1. 100%het het SK Axanthic, and 1.1 Spiders 100%het SKA' arrived shipped perfect and looking better than the ad photo's.

That and the fact that he is misleading on his ads. Who but him believes that Lesser x Mojave is "the nicest Lucy money can buy"? Must be why he locks them so nobody can challenge him on that kind of silliness.
