    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Inquiry Sean Brady of Prestigious Designs

I bought a pair of '03 het albino balls from him last month. Very good communication, and shipped as planned. Will let you know in a couple of years if they prove out...
 
I have never dealt with him, but I do know he was selling hets produced by HCE. If you do not know the HCE story do a search, and get comfy. I am not saying Sean is affiliated with them, just that he had some hets from them. Craig Kade
 
Craig where did you get the info that he was selling HCE hets? I checked the BOI prior to buying from him, saw nothing but good posts and nothing about HCE hets....

I emailed him about a pair of het pieds he had for sale, he said they were from HCE. I told him he might want to check out the BOI about them. Again I am not saying he is affiliated, just make sure that is not where they came from. Craig
 
There is a thread about HCE, Bruce Eisenmann, Carolina reptile exchange, etc. I know that the search function will not let you search for 3 letter words so search for Bruce Eisenmann, look for the break in at carolina reptile exchange thread and be ready for a looooooong read.

I would like to add that I do not know this seller that you inquired about nor have I dealt with him. I am not insinuating that he is affiliated in any way. That thread is only refering to the possible hets discussed in this thread. NOT the person inquired about here.
 
I'm thinking about purchasing some het pieds from Sean, So this bothers me. Sean has claimed the het pieds he has for sale are produced by his pied male. Is this guy a breeder I can trust or is he trying to con me into some possible bogus hets?

When I asked him he did not deny they were from HCE. The 2 he had for sale at the time were 2 females. I would say if he says he produced them he probably did. He seemed pretty honest to me.

Let me put some of these issues to rest...

First off I did have two female hets for sale that were produced by HCE. I origionally was contacted by a previous client of mine Carl Gilmore a fire-cheif from VA. He had purchased quite a few animals from me and was needing assistance in selling these hets because he had older ones and knew I had a good client base. I never questioned him since I had had remarkable experience with him and these animals were microchipped and fully documented.(Seemed like he knew HCE and also like alot of work to go thru for non het animals, i.e microchipping) Anyways I sold them for him and explicated to the buyer the entire history of the animals as well as who produced them and I provided all docs I had.

Now it would be unfortunate if these animals turned out to be normals since I guarantee all hets and animals I sell. I would hate for my client to be dissapointed and on top of that me be stuck with a refund. Either way I appreciate everyones concern and it speaks volumes on why this site is so adventageous to the herp world.

Oh yea! If I sell an animal which is labeled het, 99.999% of the time they are produced from me with parents on site This case and one or two other time were exceptions. And I'll add I've had clients show me the visuals they've hatched from my het and it brings a smile to theirs and my face each time.

Why are you posting a pic of an albino burm & normal breeding? Are they going to throw het pied balls?
 
I looked into HCE/CRE, whatever you want to call them. They have a guarantee with all hets. It's something like, if they do not prove out genetically within 2 breeding cycles, you'll get your money back. so I guess, if the price is right, go for it.
 
I smell something fishy. I do not know of any burms that ever produced balls. Perhaps this is a new line coming out of eisenmans animals.

Didn't sean work at the store?

I would stay FAR away from his hets.

gotcha sean brady. If that's the best you can do, communicate poorlyand then get your back hairs all up, it's best I don't want anything you've got anyway.

Are you selling hets you got from hce/cre eisenman or burce or noah or harry?

If not then I may have been wrong about that smell, could have been the cat box. However, if you ARE selling hets from any of the above, then I was right and it did/does smell fishy.

So, I guess I'm not sure what the big hang up is about cre. I think it's more along the lines of, someone has it out for them and just wants to bad mouth them.
that's just my humble opinion though.

Typical can be read as an example. I read it that way when I saw his first post which seemed quite eloquent. I know a lot of people have their backs up about HCE, but I felt that Sean's post was able to put everyone at ease who didn't have trouble with a valid alternative use of the word typical.

As far as someone who "Doesn't want to be mentioned" who proved out the HCE hets... I find it fascinating that they don't want to be mentioned. So they would prefer that the bad reputation of this company continues unabated rather than giving EVERYONE the good news that their hets might actually prove out! Well isn't that selfish of them.

Normally I agree with the general consensus, or I reserve judgement, but it seems to me that the mere mention of Bruce Eisenmann gets everyone frothing at the mouth. Sean mentioned that he provides an actual picture of any two snakes that lock up to demonstrate the validity of his 100% het claims. I do not see any reason to doubt what he has to say. Perhaps it was a poor choice of words to use "typical" since not everyone knows that he did use it in its proper usage. Perhaps getting frustrated and coming on here shouting was not the best response. Perhaps he is a bad guy selling blue boas from Venus. But don't take a very nice post of his and tear it apart because you didn't like the use of one word. Find something legitamate or let it be guys. Jeepers.

Sean, the all caps HURTS... it's considered shouting, and makes you look less professional. Please try to use them only for emphasis. Thank you.
 
Sasheena, people like you are why my friend did not want to be mentioned. You are so ready to start something with some one on here. Him and I both knew that if I said his name on here, people like you would start accusing him of things and trash talking him. I mean, god,....dont you have anything else better to do than start crap on fauna??? And as far as Bruce Eisenmann goes,...I have met the man and talked to him a few times. I have bought some animals from him and they are all doing great. He has always treated me very well. I have read all the stuff on here about him. Some of the stuff, I find VERY hard to believe. I know everyone has their own opinions, and thats fine. My opinion is that Bruce pissed off the right people and now they're out to get him. And one more thing Sasheena,..........selfish? Who the heck are you to judge? You need to chill out a lil bit.
