In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

INQUIRY - snowballsballpythons.com

It's probably something to keep in the back of one's mind. But, if buyers follow standard buying protocol, then the risk should be minimized. I have met enough people to know that there are some that are simply WAY over cautious. Then again, there are some whose skeletons are falling out of the closet....

I think you guys are kinda hanging this guy without a fair trial.

Everything posted, with the exception of his emails, is pure speculation.

If "Snowballs" doesn't want to post here, he doesn't have to. If someone wants to buy something from him, they have a right to his name and address, but if he hasn't tried to sell anything, what is the big deal?? If you are uncomfortable with his website, don't go there. End of problem.

Some people march to the beat of a different drum - it doesn't make them "bad guys", just different.

Just my opinion - yours may vary.

Excuse me? I really do not think so....

By choosing not to address this matter it simply leaves people to come to their own conclusions, it was his choice and he can still take all of thirty seconds to introduce himself and clear this very simple matter up, or at least comment on it. Otherwise the thought that this individual simply has something to hide and should be avoided simply because business with someone who is not even willing to be on a first name basis with their customer is not only risky, but its downright rude....

He may not be selling anything, but he has made darn sure that when he does hardly anyone will consider doing so.......

Would you give someone you dont even know a few hundred or a few thousand dollars who simply says "no, just call me Mr. X"

I think not. The intention of his site is obviously to sell animals he produces, just because there is nothing listed currently does not mean this inquiry is in any poor taste. It is just that, an inquiry, and since he refuses to comment on this simple situation he leave people no other choice than to decide for themselves. To me this situation is quite easy to address, all I see is someone with some privacy concerns wanting to "eat his cake too"...

Cant have both, if you're selling you must provide your customers with simple contact information. Keeping such information so shielded leads folks to believe that the person is hiding something, and now I am very interested to see what is worth hiding at such an expense to his reputation before it even had a chance to resolve! We shall see I guess......

*shrug*

I think the whole point is he is using Chris' info on his site and doesnt even have the decency to tell Chris who he is. If my name was being mentioned on someone elses site I would want to know who they are! If he cant tell Chris his name than what does he have to hide?

Then Chris should have posted this.. Or told him no..

no, has nothing to do with that. I let him use the info, then matt brought up some very valid points and when I contacted him to clear some of this up, casught him in an untruth and decided to ask him to remove such information. the inquiry was matts....

Actually guys....my initial post was an inquiry because I have been to the site where there is a Paypal account that you can either pay for something or 'donate' money. At least the link says visa/mastercard, and donate. I have seen this person for sometime now on various sites and I simply asked his/her name but to no avail. So upon viewing their site there is no contact info what so ever. They even say call us but there is no phone number. Not a huge deal but was wondering if anyone actually knew this mystery person.

And are you telling me that with all of the links on their site that nobody has even a first name of them?

You would think that if someone wants your money whether it is a donation or a sale that they would be curteous to give you something more than a website title.....but I could be wrong.

So basically this person has no ads running anywhere, is not selling anything, is not offering any animals for sale to anyone, is not in a potential deal with anyone..... yet you people are on here questioning this persons character on the basis of pure personal speculation?

This is the type of crap that takes credibility away from the BOI. The day this guy is offering stuff for sale or is in the midst of a deal with someone and THEN refuses to give any personal info to prospective buyers then you have a reason to raise red flags. Until then it is nothing more than an unfounded witch hunt. Sad.

Thats what I was just going to say.. LOL. But really guys I did the same thing. I think he wants to get his name out there before he starts producing stuff to sell. Not a bad Idea. Just Lay back remember his name and when he does something wrong, Go get him!

Hey Sammy,

Not a witch hunt at all but a simple inquiry to see if any has either done business with or knows of this person and the rest is discussion about the website and comments about an e-mail that was sent to Chris. Nobody is saying to not do business with this person just wondering if anybody knows them and wondering why they seem to not want anybody to know them.

Finally, a voice of reason...

You rock, Sammy.

:)

Matt,

It is called a right to privacy. Since the guy is not selling anything he does not owe anyone anything. The day he embarks on a deal or is advertising things for sale then yes he owes the person he is potentially doing a deal with some personal info. Until then he owes the general public nothing.

Myself being a person who has very recently had their home broke into and 20k worth of animals stolen, I can really relate to a persons desire to pick and choose how much personal info they share with the general public and who they specifically choose to share it with.

With that being said, Snowballs owes none of us nothing considering none of us are in potential deals with him, we are not even considering deals with him because he is not advertising things for sale and has nothing for sale on his website. He owes us nothing and we are not entitled to anything.

And yes at least one person on this thread has already indicated that "snowballs" should be avoided. Sad.

In a word......Amen.

Agree 100%. It is sad, the guy has done not a single thing wrong to any of you, yet is almost being portrayed as a scammer already.

Hey Sammy,

Point well taken and like I said it was initially an inquiry but good points have been brought up by Chris also that have me thinking...like this one:

Now just hear me out with an open mind...

Snowballs has a guestbook which I signed yesterday...kind of goofing around since I have been asking them their name for a few days. It wasn't bad and this was what they did...and yes it is my ISP address:
Due to some very sad, pathetic degenerates that can't behave themselves in a civil environment and are bent on causing trouble, I have taken down the guest book. Fear not, I have their IP numbers (205.188.116.65), and will be forwarding it along to their ISP abuse departments. It wont be long before they are off the net all together and we all will be rid of them once and for all.

Bent on causing trouble? Forwarding my ISP to my abuse department? It won't be long before I am off the net all together? Rid of me once and for all? It sounds like this person has been trying to get rid of me for awhile....once and for all?

These are the same types of threats I got from Tim Bowles all off the time and I still do. It has been brought to my attention that snowballsballpythons.com is Tim Bowles, so after some digging my inquiry has been answered.

It all kind of makes sense to me now why he won't tell people who he is...

And before anyone jumps on me...I would much rather let people know who they are dealing with than see them have to go through what I have over the last 2 1/2 years...believe me.

Sammy....you have been hitting the nail on the head :)

Matt....I would have reported you too...seems like you are on the verge of harassment with this guy...what has he done to you besides not give you his name????....Where is your website? I can't find one....I guess since all your personal information is not PASTED all over the net that no one can trust you....why not just start a search for anyone that does not post info on their sites...why not pick my site apart too...it is even a 'work in progess' and there is some stuff missing so I am sure that YOU can label me a bad guy because of it. This is out of hand and should never have started in the first place.
