    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I see that the site was put back up and still has the shipping info you sent. Wasn't this info supposed to be taken down?
 
According to Godaddy.com, the site is still hosted by freewebs.com. I wonder how he managed to convince them to decide in his favor? I assumed he moved the hosting.
 
Incidentally Matt. He now has the pic you use as your avatar displayed on the mugshot page. I don't remember that being there originally. Another potential reason for getting the site jerked.
 
I also noticed...

that mr. bowles has not visited this site since 12/6, the afternoon that the thread was started. i find it extremely implausible that he is not zealously monitoring this thread.

I wonder what a moderator would discover if he ran a check of Timmy's IP address against the rest of the members here. hmmmmmm? I suspect that we probably have an alias being used

Yeah I noticed that but not much I can do because that avatar can easily be found on many avatar sites. The Queeny comment is immature though...something Bowles and Pruett have been calling me for about two years, really pathetic.

I am in contact with Freewebs.com and [email protected] has been telling some pretty tall tales to them in order to have the site stay up and to try and get my e-mails to them...

Electronic harassment and cyberstalking huh...I wonder how many years these guys will continue their vendetta. I think it goes on because 100% of their lies have been outed and 100% of their garbage they do against me has backfired on them.

What's next guys...trying to pin JFK's murder on me when I wasn't even born yet?


Anyway Chris...I hope your information you have on the site gets taken down if that's what you want. You would think if this was a decent person at all that they would do it if you asked them to. They obviously spent time getting the site put back up so they should have spent a few minutes taking down the shipping page like you requested...amazing isn't it?
 
As of two seconds ago, both Ghireptiles.com and snowballsballpythons.com were FROZEN. So, Hooray! :)

Matt, it seems from what has been posted here and on other threads regarding these guys that you have a genuine case of, as you said, cyberstalking and cyber-harrassment -- have you tried contacting the authorities in the areas where these guys live, or taken steps to press charges against them? I have no idea what you would have to do, unfortunately, but it sounds as if these guys are doing things that are genuinely bad and truly ILLEGAL. :mad: I'm sure you're not taking all of this awful stuff idly, but I have to believe that there must be some authority who can charge these guys -- maybe even for defamation of character or identity theft?

At any rate, good luck shedding yourself of what appears to be a true cyberstalker (YEEK!) ... I am glad to at least see that at this point, Freewebs appears to have recognized their infringement...

Thanks and yes ghireptiles.com has been shut permanently thanks to freewebs.com because the name was being used without my permission.

I don't really know how far these guys are going to take their harassment but it has been overwhelming for the last two years. I am constantly having to protect my business, name, and livlihood, whether it's on a public forum or privately because of things they say and do whether it is also publically or privately. What you see on the net is actually only a part of how much they hassle me.

I sincerely hope that they will stop with the way they are acting because to tell you the truth they they have taken it to a level of absurdity...nobody should have to put up with what I have over the last two years...nobody.

Well I had it out with freewebs today, I'm sure by now both sites have been pulled. permanantly.

The Snowballspythons site is back up today. Is the ghireptiles back up as well? i can't access it through the filters at work
 
The GHIreptiles site is still offline. I noticed Chris' info is removed from snowballs that is why they let that one back on.
 
I was told that since the owner of ghireptiles.com didn't have my permission to use the name that it is off permanently from freewebs.com. The BS floating around to try and keep it online was amazing. These guys don't seem to want to stop harassing and stalking me.

You know it's amazing that someone has such a 'h@rd on' for me that they are using something almost ten years old to try and screw with me. I guess when that's all you have, you may as well try and go with it ;)

Chris I am glad you got that information taken off the site since that's what you wanted...but you might expect to be harassed and screwed with for say...oh...the next 5 years or so. It is still happening to me. Hope all is well!
 
yes, our information was finally removed. freewebs had stated he tried to argue that he had written permission, what he failed to tell them was this permission was revoked since the permission was given under false or masked identity and we reserve to revoke said permission at any time. his site was again taken down and no more of his pathetic excuses would work, he was finally forced to remove the information as we had asked. it was a simple matter, why he chose to make it so darn complicated I'd never know. Seems some people get off on making enemies and destroying the shreds of reputation they may have. Even under an alias he's ruined, but I'm willing to bet he'll never see it that way. LOL

Go figure..... Never try to understand the mind of a delusional attention whore, you'll just get confused...... :)

It is also funny how he has the nerve to hold a grudge towards someone he scammed for telling people about it. As if any of someones personal or previous dealings justified his actions in some way? How the hell can you possibly make an excuse for stealing someones money while flaunting the fact it helped pay for automobiles and such. Thats simply sad....... Oh yes, I am sure in his own little world he is quite justified, what he will never understand is that personal world of his consists of two, perhaps three people. The rest of the human population thinks otherwise. Just seek pleasure in the fact that this same individual who likes to flaunt the fact he scammed and has acted justified in doing so you was forced to deal with reality and make an alias to avoid the situation he created for himself. It tells you he is fully aware of what people think of him, and he is unable to even use his real name in business. Simply put, you win. There is nothing he can do to tell you otherwise aside from acting like a little child and playing silly games with no originality whatsoever. Ohhh lookie here, we'll post another flaming website and have that one yanked down too. Oh no... Why was I doing this again? Oh yes! Because I'm angry I ruined my name and the person I scammed outed me..... I'll take it out on him, thats it! yeah!

It would be nice to see the other businesses he has links to make him pull those. I'm still pretty sure they would rather not have their names associated with him or his site.

The same thing happened to one of my best friends when he allowed the guy to post a picture of one of his emeralds on his site. After finding out about the bad guy he didn't want him to use the pic anymore but all he got was the 'I have written permission' line and it became the bad guys avatar just about everywhere...just to spite my buddy.

I guess that any of us that are mature don't comprehend that maneuver but for some I guess it makes them at least 'feel' powerful.

I think it goes along with 'gotcha last' and 'no backsies'... :raspberry
