Well it has come to my attention that Snowballs Ball Pythons aka Tim Bowles or one of the other 2 partners has been contacting people up here in Canada about me through Reptiles Canada about my collection being infected with the IBD virus ...Which is a COMPLETE LIE ...........He has been spreading these lies and others about myself , my friend Matt Lerer of GHI Reptiles and Kevin of NERD who is another close friend of Matt ... Since he has gotten nowhere spreading his lies in the states he has come to Canada to try ......

Snowballs is completely unhinged and seems will stop at nothing when it comes to his vendetta ..... This has been going on for almost 4 yrs now .....When he couldn't get his bullshit heard about Matt and myself he turned to attacking NERD or anyone who is friends with Matt ... He has come to the Canadian community because he is NOT welcome anywhere else .....He has been thrown off a number of US forums .....He has put up several fake websites with Matt's business name on them .....He has physically threatened myself, Matt and recently Donny aka "Morti" ..... He has posted that Matt is a pedophile ......He has posted that I am a crack whore ....he even sent me this lil PM on Reptiles Canada when I tried to out him there

He/They has stated over and over that Matt is stalking him/them yet his/their blog on Snowballsballpythons.com is 3/4s about Matt .......He/They follow Matt to every forum he goes to .....He/They has stated at one time that he/they could be in Matt's house in a matter of minutes ...... VPI does not have IBD.

Kevin from NERD was doing a breeding loan with VPI and subsequently killed the clown females he was breeding for VPI.

They died during the outbreak and VPI refused to take animals from them for that very reason. Now it's going to court unless Kevin pays her.

Kevin got infected by a calico boa he received from Matt Lerer of Ghi Reptiles. This was during the time that NERD was building their new facility. They rushed getting their high end morphs out and sacrificed any that were showing signs of being weak.

Now you know why Matt Lerer and his side kick Nett Thompson are on such a hell bent rage to keep this quiet and misdirect everyone from the topic at hand.

The sources I have confirmed this with are Mike Wilbanks who helped talk Kevin through the diagnosing and care of the infected, Ralph Davis, along with several on Ralph's forum, Wes Harris, and VPI. My ace that I wont give out is an employee that works for NERD. He doesn't want me to give out his name for fear of losing his job. I can and will respect that. He is the one that helped carry out all the dead bodies.

During the entire time, NERD and Matt never stopped selling animals. Simply check out Kingsnake ads and see for yourelf.

Check out Matts Enchi's. He has it posted in his blog for anyone to see. He gets new animals and never quarantines them. He had the male Enchi caged with his obese spider within a week.

If you set back and watch, notice how he tries to out post us or one up us in all his posts. It is quite amusing but very scary at the same time. The desert ghost posts will show you that much. He has followed us from forum to forum. We stop posting and move to another forum and he follows right along.

We are dealing with someone that has such hate for my friend Matt Lerer that he zeroes in on anyone who is associated with Matt.

Matt is a GREAT friend and a very honest person. I do not know why "snowballs" has such a problem even after I have heard the "stories." The hatred for Matt & Matt's friends is excessive.

There are MANY stories about NERD and other people created by "snowballs" to perpetuate misery. They are simply stories and the fact that he has been banned from nearly EVERY SINGLE FORUM says a lot about his constant fabrications. This accusations that Matt contaminated my collection with IBD is retarded, this is completely false. Matt has NEVER sent me a snake with problems in fact.

We do not have the dreaded IBD or Paramyxo in our collection. Our snakes are doing well and breeding well and we're looking forward to another fun season. Any large collection may have an issue with individual animals from time to time but we have not experienced what this Snowballs (Tim Bowles and/or his comrades) character is claiming! Furthermore, we ARE NOT selling or unloading ANY snakes with ANY problems. If this was the case, you would be hearing about customers with problem snakes and such on resources like the BOI.

Snowballs says that other people have helped me with all of the problems and have tried to help me deal with the more than half of my collection dying off. He supposedly knows one of my employees @ NERD that tells him all???????

This guy is Matt's private nightmare and needs people to listen. He just keeps blabbing away hoping someone will listen..............

Look into this guy and you will find a DREADFUL amount of mistruths.

Snowballs posted some stuff on my forum about NERD. We removed it and told him that our forums are not for the BOI type stuff, that belongs on the BOI. He reposted it and said something about me trying to protect Kevin because we are friends. We banned him from the Constrictors forum.

The next day I get a call from him asking why he was banned. I explained that he was warned and then he posted again so he was gone. He told me that he was at work the night before and his wife must have logged on with his account. I explained that it was unfortunate that someone had caused him to get banned from our forum but that there are plenty of other forums and he would have to find another place to post. (I didn't really buy the "wife used my account bit", but I didn't see the point in arguing that with him.)

Seems simple enough, he violated the rules, he was warned. He violated the rules again he was banned. Well I guess this is his way of getting back at me by dragging me into his story. I NEVER talked about Kevin to him. I have posted the extent of my contact with him. Kevin and I are friends and we talk from time to time, but we have never had a conversation about any problems like this.

It seems strange that this guy keeps going from forum to forum trying to stir trouble and exact revenge on people that he feels have slighted him. This is a fun business and hobby. Why not keep it fun? It has to be a miserable existence for him to obsess like this.

I have talked to Mike Wilbanks, Wes Harris, and Tracy Barker about this issue that Annette has posted here and Mike has already posted the truth about his experience with Tim Bowles which contradicts everything that Tim is e-mailing people.

After talking to Tracy I found out that she has never even talked to Tim Bowles let alone talked to him about an IBD issue that doesn't even exist.

I have had some great conversations with Wes about this in the past few days and he said that Tim Bowles has been telling him that NERD has these issues...not the other way around like is being sent around in the e-mails and PMs. Wes e-mailed this to me to post on this thread:

This animal was purchased by us in a group as a proven breeder female last season. The original owner told us that he purchased her from some nerd in the New England area in a previous group purchase. When he opened the bag he was shocked to find that this girl was all chewed up by a rat or mouse and was just tossed in the bag like yesterdays garbage. The bites and open wounds were deep enough that you could see the exposed spinal chord, connective tissue and muscle mass.

He tried to get a hold of this guy to tell him how shocked he was and got his usual response of f'off.

So after considering his options, he decided to nurse her back to health instead of risking sending her back to the poor conditions that she had obviously come from to most likely die. He managed to save her life and bred her successfully the season before last.

Now she is chocked full of eggs again.

Sad story indeed, but only one of many about this breeder.



I thought this was interesting because if Snowballs believes his own BS about IBD in "Nerdie" collections wouldn't he stay clear of any animals bred by a "Nerd" breeder in New England ....... It seems to me that this moron cant even keep his own lies in order ..... So lil Timmy boy if you have snakes from a "Nerd" breeder from New England that you have been saying has IBD .....ummm......doesn't that mean you have IBD as well ??????
