    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I've done a search and come up with a few good remarks. Has anyone purchased from them recently, or from this 'big sale' they have going on? I've left messages and emailed, and been trying to reach someone for 3 days now. Maybe there still on vacation.
 
I apologize but our phones have been ringing solid since the 3rd when we returned, we have over 500 messages to return in the order in which they were recieved. We're doing our best to get to everyone as son as we can. If you have any questions feel free to email us. I'm nearly caught up with our email correspondence, and about halfway through our return telephone calls.
 
Positive Post

I purchased several balls from Top Shelf relatively recently. The transaction had some ups and downs since we had an extremely short timeframe and money had to pass through an intermediate guy. Top Shelf kept good communcation was willing to work within the constraints I outlined. The deal was a success and I am happy with the animals I recieved.

I do not know if Top Shelf is new to reptiles or just new to me. But I would not hesitate in dealing with them again.

I bought from him 1.5 yrs ago and again about a month ago, both good transactions with plenty of helpful communication before, during, and after. I would recommend him highly.
