Dang what happened here? The last time I checked this thread (which i started) Justyn was getting a thumbs up and everything was fine.

I did NOT intend for this to get ugly and for it to be a thread that ruined anyone's rep!

This was just supposed to be a casual inquiry and I'm sorry for any trouble I might have caused anyone. I didn't read all of this back and forth on here, but it looks like some of you guys are getting really upset.

I understand your position fully, and my apologies if I came across like I wanted to somehow inflict bodily harm on him. I don't know this man and don't want to, but obviously he scams people and some people don't take that very well. actually i stopped working because i had a double cornea transplant and actually just got a job, since i now have gotten my doctors approval.
i have never used my mental illness as an excuse, everyone knows i am bipolar and i have never used it as an excuse. i back up what i say regardless of how i am feeling. although i am having a med change right now and a bit more spry but i still back up what i say 100%

I am sure we could all go back and find posts by almost every regular poster, including you and me both Rich, where we could make an argument that the person lied in some way or another.

Lets call this what it really is. You dont like Robin and she dont like you. So you are basically just trying to take a shot at her in public.

My only question is, what is doing that going to accomplish? Nothing you say is going to change how people feel about Robin. Either they already like her or they dont. And nothing Robin throws at you is going to change how people feel about you. Either they already like you they dont.

Unless of course your goal here is to look like two monkeys flinging poo at one another, then by all means....

So someone telling a lie sarcastically exempts it from being considered as a lie? And a lie about that lie is also exempt?

My personal feelings about anyone are irrelevant to this FACT. The only accomplishment this was designed to produce was to point out that FACT, which it has done.

Perhaps you are unfamiliar with that saying "A lie unchallenged becomes the truth"..... Just so happens I knew for a FACT that Robin's statement about NOT LYING was false, and itself a lie.

Perhaps YOU are not looking at things objectively here, and your friendship to Robin is biasing your ability to be objective.

Perhaps we can get back to what this post was about and stop acting like a bunch of children with the name calling, post that crap somewhere else, it's getting flat out rediculous and is defeating the whole purpose of the BOI.

Now, I have something that actually pertains to the situation at hand.....last night after Justyn said he would fax the proof of the money order, I recieved an email from him that he asked that I not post on the BOI. I told him I would not if I recieved proof of the money order this morning. Well it is now approaching 1PM and I still have not heard a word from Justyn.....who knows, maybe he is digging a pond for a Bolivian Senator in the Congo.
Anyway, here are the emails......more excuses, more BS.

If she was being sarcastic in answering than no - she wasn't lying.

Its like you asking what planet I'm from and me saying Uranus. Now you can be fairly certain that I'm not from Uranus. Is that lying or being sarcastic or both? For it to be a lie I would submit that you had to have some expectation of the answer having even a remote possibility of truth.

C'mon Rich - you're no hayseed. Why in the world would Robin make a comment in another language if the content was simply about time zones? Add that to the fact that the two of you clearly don't get along and I really don't see that you had any expectation of getting a serious answer.

As far as being objective - you have proven that when it comes to Lucille you are anything but. And as far as that is concerned - you are certainly entitled to that - regardless of whether Lucille is your sister, friend, or transgendered alter-ego - you have your reasons for your loyalty to her and while some may not appreciate that in the context of this site, it certainly is your perogative.
