    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Nope not at all, sir. I have no problem at all calling my own mother out when she is just flinging poo for no other sake than just to fling some poo.

Unlike many, to me, right and wrong has nothing to do with who one is. I dont have a different set of values or sense of right and wrong that changes based on who someone is. Everyone, be it family, friends, people I dont like, new comers, etc.... they all are on the same level playing field.

Now, I have something that actually pertains to the situation at hand.....last night after Justyn said he would fax the proof of the money order, I recieved an email from him that he asked that I not post on the BOI. I told him I would not if I recieved proof of the money order this morning. Well it is now approaching 1PM and I still have not heard a word from Justyn.....who knows, maybe he is digging a pond for a Bolivian Senator in the Congo.
Anyway, here are the emails......more excuses, more BS.

The email was sent today (5/21), so tomorrow would be - TOMORROW (5/22).

Why are you psoting this today if you agreed not to?

I use Vonage and really the only way you can lose service is if your Internet connection is down or you didn't pay your bill. You couldn't even send emails if you didn't have an Internet connection, so that seems to be just another excuse in light of the emails you received.

Why don't you try contacting your local law enforcement in your area and in his area to see if you can file a report of theft by deception. Its been my experience that a nice officer listening to your complaint might be inclined to contact him in an effort to resolve the situation before it becomes necessary to follow up on charges while doing loads of paperwork.

The whole conversation started well before midnight on the 20th....why am I even explaining this to you? You have obviously lost your grip on reality and have nothing better to do than nit pick over this......I'll tell you what, the squams were supposed to be here a month ago. I was supposed to get my money back a week ago (actually should have been before that), so if you want to be a moron, go for it, I'm sure I'm not the only one who sees it that way.

Are you serious dude?? Now Erk is the bad guy cause' he was off an hour and some change? Who cares!! This guy has had plenty of time to straighten this out. That dude has alot of nerve asking Erk to not post that on the BOI. When is this :censored: going to pay this :censored: money?? Huh? Why don't we :deadhorse some more. 60+ pages of b.s. and the question still remains when this "man" is going to pay his debts. Everything else on here is irrelevant.
 
These threads are getting ridiculous. All this childish back & forth fighting is silly. I know myself & quite a few other people are trying to figure out what is going on with our refunds. I'm just saying some of you guys & girls should keep all that stuff off here. Unless it has to do w/ Justyn & Intense Herps.

Scott, Justyn meant he was going to fax the proof over this morning and anyone reading the previous posts would clearly be able to see that. He didn't get that done this morning and Erik had the right to post the emails.

Think about it and ask yourself. Why would Justyn need until Tuesday the 22nd to fax over the proof to Erik when in reality he has claimed the money order was mailed on Saturday by express mail and should be received by Erik no later then Tuesday. Ya know? The guy is just looking for some proof and some direction to follow to get his refund. Riding him on the timing of an email is simply asinine.

I hardly think that questioning somjething which is clearly contradictory is assinine - but I'll consider you the expert in that area. :thumbsup:

As far as IP telephony goes - you can easily loose IP telephiony and still have email service.

I'm not saying he is a "bad guy".

Clearly the way business has (or more appropriately hasn't) been conducted in this case is atrocious and those involved deserve immediate refunds.

But should we just accept everything in these threads as fact?

I don't doubt much about what the folkis who sent money to Justyn have posted, but to ignore a descrepancy when one is encountered is simply to lend credence to accepting any flimsy evidence that is posted on the BOI.
