And just for the sake of the arguement, eric has no obligation to anything justyn asks for. It has been asked time and time again that people's money be refunded, and Justyn, as a business owner has failed to upload HIS OWN OBLIGATIONS. If Mister I'm-gonna-keep-beating-around-the-bush-and-not-answer-any-questions-truthfully wouldve done what was asked in the first place, this thread wouldnt have reached 60+ pages of banter.

I think that's a three day vacation for Wes to cool off. There's no fine and he'll be reinstated (most likely) afterwards. At least that's how Rich explained it the other day when he did the same with another member.

Actually for me its only 10 pages because I changed the amount of posts to be displayed on each page. You can do it to if you'd rather flip through less pages and deal with more posts per page. I know youre new so its just a fauna feature tip from me to you.

Thanks Dennis and Jim for explaining Wes's banning to me. I thought it was in relation to some response he made to Necrodude and not for antagonizing the mods as was the case.

I have to say that it still seems wrong that this Necrodude gets to comeback after simply paying a fine. The guy didn't make some half-baked comment about dishing out a silly beating or smacking someone around. He out and out threatened to take another members life that he had a simple disagreement with....on the friggin Internet no less. This guy is talking about doinking dead bodies and crap. A real sick puppy that I think no member here would miss at all. I think he gave up his right to defend himself on this forum in any transaction with Justyn by virtue of insanity. Ya know? Screw him, his money, and his complaint.

Necrophilia (I think that is right) was fined and suspended for that threat of physical violence. I felt it was justified to do IMMEDIATELY. It will cost him $50 to return, otherwise consider it a permanent ban.

Wes was banned for three days for yet another attack on a mod for giving him warning points. That ban will automatically expire after the three days without any intervention from anyone nor cost to Wes.

Thanks Rich, I appreciate you taking the time to personally address my question. I just thought Wes was banned in relation to something he may have responded to by Necrophilia as it seemed both the banning and suspension occurred simultaneously to one another.

That said I didn't know the fine and suspension was that high an amount. I recall the good old suspension days of $10. Yikes....inflation I guess. But what if the guy pays the $50 to come back? I really don't want the guy here and I certainly don't think anyone else wants him around either. Personally I don't think you'd miss his money at all. I mean under any other circumstance I might like to have him back to ride him around like a pony for a bit and drive him crazy, but this guy is off the wall and with that sort of threat he made I think it should be an instant banning. Threatening to kick a tush or two is grounds for suspension and a nice fine, threatening to take a life should not only be grounds for permanent ban but also be something to report to local law enforcement. Thats a terroristic threat he made. I just think its being taken too lightly.

Well,I have watched this thread for several days now,and although I do not have,nor have I had any dealings with Justyn,I can see how something like this could happen.Unfortunately you have to make a few wrong decisions to get here.I also import directly from two countries on a monthly basis,and I am about to add a third.I realized there came a certain amount of notoriety with bringing obscure and rare shipments of animals that people haven't seen,or have been waiting to see again.Although I have always been a private person,you have to open yourself up and sell yourself in order to make it if you chose to operate in this field.There are a lot of things that can go wrong with the idea of receiving a shipment,and it actually should be expected.I feel I have been blessed to have a VERY RELIABLE exporter,but still plan for the pitfalls.One of those preparations is to never,I mean NEVER accept prepayment.It isn't worth the hassle.It can be a problem,because there are legal ramifications behind it,if it goes afoul.I think there are so many things that have happened here that have complicated things,most of it Justyn's responsibility to correct,that he needs to step forward with an honest and realistic timetable to make reparation ASAP.I don't think he is inherently a BAD GUY,just someone who might have gotten caught up in that notoriety trip,and lost sight of the original goal.That is to bring in new and exciting stock for people to enjoy,in the most humane and thoughtful way,for both the animal and the customer.To Justyn,you can make this right,even if the sky is falling,you can at least prepare people for that.As a competitor,I respect what you have done,but not what you are doing now.I think you had it right,but dont get caught up in the accomplishments,as I have had some of the same you have,very similar,but that is not important if you are bringing in stock and have no one to sell it to.Customers are the end result,and the first priority in business,and sometimes in life.I hope you make it right.

Marcus, I couldnt agree with you more. And more noteably you're talking about good customer service!! Kudos to you.

However in the light of this situation, Justyn has had many opportunities to make what has gone wrong, right. And things could be a lot more easy on him if he could just fess up to the facts. Everything he has said up to this point is very shadey and I am sure most would agree with me by saying that it's hard to believe anything that justyn says. If he doesnt have the money to make the refunds then fine, there's always a compromise that could be made if all parties are willing to settle this without getting the authorities involved.

It is indeed an unfortunate that this ordeal has come to this point but the ball has been in justyn's court the entire time and he obviously doesnt want to throw it back

I am one of the one's Justyn owes money to. I import and have imported animals from 5 different countries 3 on a fairly regular basis. I have taken deposits on animals from people in the past only to ensure they are serious about purchasing the animals they intend on purchasing. However, the deposits are ALWAYS held and never touched until the animals have reached the hands of the buyers. After I have personally inspected them, given them any verifications they have asked for and only then did I use the deposits as my own money.
I think part of Justyn's problem is that he got in WAY over his head, I think he has a bit of an ego as you mentioned (not uncommon for a 22 year old guy....yes he is 22, I just found that out today).
He has dodged questions, stalled and lied about the animals and the refunds. He still has shown no proof of any refunds or of any animals he allegedly imported. Anyone in his position that actually had the animals would go WAY WAY out of there way to prove that they were telling the truth and not look like a scam. However he has failed to do any of that to this point.

I agree Nora,it is in his hands at this point to correct.I hope he does the right thing.My statement about the "sky falling" is exactly the scenario you alluded to,even if he doesn't have the funds,at least dignify those involved with an honest dialogue of how he will repair this.I think he is intelligent,and should not let pride get in the way of that.We all eat a little humble pie in life,it usually comes when we need it,no matter how bad it tastes.Justyn,you have made some strides in your time in this community,get it right,you have before.All this other stuff is natural when enough of us get together in a room,lots of personalities,lots of opinions,not always in agreement,sometimes it goes sideways.
