    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I understand your philosophy of a deposit being respected for what it is,THE OTHER PERSONS MONEY UNTIL YOU DELIVER THE PRODUCT IT IS MEANT FOR,and I commend you for doing that Eric.I just choose not to,because of the various discrepancies in what we order as importers,and what we actually receive when the aorplane touches ground.All that aside,Justyn needs to contact you and the others and start shooting straight with you and the others,and I know thats all you guys want at this pioint,and rightfully deserve.

I do not always take deposits, only on pre-orders and only when it's from exporters I trust and know that they will deliver the animals promised. I have not had an issue with any deposits except for one repeat customer who decided he didn't want to make the investment and I pomptly refunded his money. That's the way it should be done!
 
It's strange the boy this thread revolves around won't even jump in the conversation. Man you people are very patient with this dude; so hat's off to you all. I hope someone is baking a whole oven full of humble pie for this guy and force feeds it to him. Hello Justyn? Is there anybody in there?? Pay your debts for the millionth time. He must be in South America. Don't they have a Western Union in Columbia or Bolivia or wherever your sweat shop is?? If this guy is so intelligent than he wouldn't have put himself in this situation for no reason. He didn't get in over his head, it looks more as if he did it on purpose to make some cash from people to finance whatever other b.s. scams he's planning. I don't care what accomplishments he's had, if they made him into this those "feats of wonder" don't amount to :censored: . At least be man enough to tell people you won't be paying them. At least that would show some b#lls, barely. I'm wondering when people are going to actually put some legal action on this guy, or something. The problem here and now is that Justyn is far to busy with other projects to ship the animals he's claimed have come in, far to busy to reassure any customer with clear photographs of those animals that have come in, and far to broke to refund any deposits for the animals that have come in that he had taken deposits for previously to insure he wouldn't be stuck with them.

A real crappy deal for everyone owed.
 
That way would be the smartest and safest way Eric,as I commended you before.It's about the respect for the other persons money,as you would want your money respected.We all would like to be treated this way,and I think we should.I will only say that I am only encouraging Justyn to give you guys that respect.If I were his friend,I would tell him he is wrong,and how he needs to correct it.I wouldn't bash him,nor brow beat him,just let him know he has to make it right.I had a similar experience not too long ago with someone I know,that was on the BOI,and he made some bad decisions,and I let him know he was wrong,and I wouldn't stand up for him pubicly as long as he was taking the wrong position.I think some of Justyn's friends need to do the same,and I have a feeling,that some have.I know of a few of them and they are pretty reputable names in the community.Hopefully he has received that advice and heeds it.

The problem with being his friend is that this course has already been taken. Alot of people on other forums were very considerate and patient and tried to be "friendly" with him. I'd say the qualities of frienship have been taxed on these people, so now what? You might as well pray for him and turn the other cheek and stop this nonsense on the threads if you want to continue to be "friendly". I commend you for your patient ways and advice, but this is silly now. Once that dog has turned on you he always will. :NoNo:

It's hard to convey meaning sometimes on here, so for the record I wasn't trying to say you're silly in any way. The whole thing seems silly, including my 2 cents that I continue to put in. Sorry if that silly comment came across wrong towards you. :thumbsup:

Yo! I read your post really fast and thought you wrote "will eric get his suppository". I guess you cant blame me for thinking it was possible you'd write that.....considering we both know that eric has been backed-up solid with some real poopy excuses from Justyn. ;)

Anyway...thats the word of the day around here folks......SUPPOSITORY. If no one gets the refunds today its due time we chip in and send Justyn a whole box of this stuff.
 
It's nearly 4PM on the right coast. I would think that Express Mail would have been delivered pretty much anywhere in the US with the exception of the absolute boonies.

It's 3:30 here. Mail has been delivered and, no surprise. As far as I know the others that are owed refunds have not recieved there's either.
Justyn is that a pond or a grave your digging there?
 
I have read this whole thread but am not a good re-capper. If someone who is and precise can you please recap what exactly is owed to people? This is just so people who tend to go to the end of a thread can see and understand exactly what is going on.

There are several people (including myself) that gave Justyn deposits on animals he said he was importing. My deposit was sent to him on March 22nd.
Since that time there have been nothing but excuses as to why the animals are not here or deposits have not been refunded. There are 4 individuals that I know of including myself that are owed between $500 and $1600 in deposits.
That's what's going on in a nutshell. My very first post on page 3 or 4 explains all the correspondence between myself and Justyn up to that point.

Heh, he could have sent these folks a money order by carrirer pigeon and it would have arrived faster.
 
Just putting this out there. Justyn told me my refund would be here today.(like he has told me before)
I come home from work & there is nothing!
I pretty much saw that coming.
