    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

As for the refund, I e-mailed Eric last night and told him I would issue a refund at the latest mid-next week. I received my Peru order which was I had to prepay in full, it took a HUGE chunk out of my finances. Until I get those animals out and receive payments on animals already held for deposits I can not refund Eric and a few others. I told Eric I expect a few large payments this weekend and I could likely take care of him them.

Most of these problems I am having are due to misinformation put out publically and under the wire about me offering venomous snakes. Multiple businesses are attempting to sideline my good name and worry customers who put down deposits that I do not have the animals in question. There have been multiple postings on-line by individuals posting that I scammed them. I have contacted these people on interest with no response and my records show of no past orders being placed. On top of that businesses such as Glades Herp in FL have told clients that I do not have the animals and I am a scam despite never contacting me regarding the matter.

I feel that there is a small group of people ruining my good name because I am approaching on there sales. They have worried customers that have placed deposits that I am a scam and can not supply the animals causing great difficulties in running my business.

I am very sorry for any any all delays but as most of my customers know I live a busy life running a Pond and Landscaping company in addition to Intense Herpetoculture. I also have to meet various deadlines for publications in several magazines.

The Echis bite I received set me back and delayed many orders, that have since built up into this problem. For anyone to say I did not get bitten by an Echis is treading on thin ice and I do not appreciate any saying I would lie to escape a debt or delay it.

I have been totally open to Eric and perhaps I have provided him with too much information concerning my operations and or private life. I will send Eric his refund in a timely matter and I applaud him for using the BOI in a responsible manner.
I want to point out that Justyn posted the above on 5/11/2007, 11 days ago. The promised refund was "at the latest mid-next week" which would have been around the 16th. In those 11 days, Justyn has been unable to even post a photo of the animals in question, or provide any other documentation, only excuses.

I'd be curious, if and when those alleged money orders arrive as to what are the dates on them, and also the postmark dates.

Eric and the others, if there are any other people that you know who are owed money by Justyn, please encourage them to post here. We wouldn't want to think all of Justyn's accounts are clear if they aren't.


Justyn, being a man and owning up to not having the money to issue the refunds would be a lot better than being proven a liar. One of those money orders could get lost in the mail, but not four of them.

He is owed $100.00 and hasnt even gotten a reply from Justyn to any inrquiry he's made to date.

Taylor, you may have missed it, but Justyn asked you to email him again because he never got your original email inquiry. I think its was post #161 that he said this. If you did see that reply from him, and you did email him again, try sending him a PM through this site in case his spam filter is catching it as spam. In doing that it would hard for him to come up with another excuse as to why he's not replied to you.

here's the thing i still dont get, how in the hell was justyn able to front a $30K prepayment for a peru shipment, but cant issue refunds due to his customers. It's apparent that justyn is more concerned about making money vs making customers happy.

what a shame.

Justyn, I know you are reading all of this. I can't speak for everyone, but I do know that personally, I would much rather hear the TRUTH than a bunch of lame excuses and bald-faced lies. Most of us can deal with the truth, even when it's painful to hear. It takes a much better person to own up to their mistakes and make every effort to right them than to continue down the path of deceit and lose all the credibility we have strived for.

Just tell the TRUTH, Justyn. I promise it will be better for everyone when you do. By doing that, all involved can collectively work towards the solution and remedy for this unfortunate situation.
 
i am sorry you guys have not received any correspondence or monies. he hasn't even posted here since a day or so but he has been sending me personal messages (the past few days including today). yet he fails to post here. i should be the least of his worries/concerns right now. you guys should be number one on this list of priorities.
i wish this would have worked out better for you guys.

Is Justyn saying why he is not refunding anybodies money???
 
no he is just asking me why i will not talk to him on the phone. i told him i did not want to hear any of his BS. i told him if he wanted to talk to me he could come talk to me face to face at my house (i would go to his if i could drive). of course he declined. but thats it. he is talking to me about petty stuff, not anything about the problem at hand or solving it. as of today, the 23rd he has yet to send me anything however i wasn't expecting anything either

Someone said earlier (sorry forgot who) to send in PM's as well as e-mail because of the spam issue. I agree, not because of the spam as he received offers just fine but because that would eliminate him being able to say that he didn't receive it.
At this point I would also send out a return request mail of the transaction and what was not received, that way you have verified with the post office that he did receive the letter or refused it.
This is just too much hard earned money and making a clear cut paper trail is your best bet. Make a copy of what you are sending out to him as well.

I have saved all my emails to him & all the emails I have received from him.
I know other people have done the same.

Right I understand that. I am also saying that there have been many times when e-mails do not carry the weight in court, if you all were to go that route, as regular mail would.
I can not stress enough that in order to make a solid case in the real world and not just on here is to use regular mail as well. It will take a little time to make copies and cost a few bucks to make sure you get a receipt but it will go a long way if this were to hit the courts.
 
Ounce again I did not get my refund today. I would imagaine something mailed priority on last Sat should get to Va by now. Justyn has told me that he will put the money in my paypal account now. That really should have been done weeks ago like I asked.
This is the email he sent today:

Craig, please let me know if you get the refund today. If you do not I can send it Paypal, or if it is more to your liking via Western Union or Moneygram. I will be out of the house until late tonight, when I return I can handle it how you would like if you did not obtain the money order. All I ask is when you get the money order is you send it back my way ASAP.

All I ask is when you get the money order is you send it back my way ASAP before you realize that there was no money in my paypal account all along.
 
Now come on Justyn. You're acting like people are just plain stupid. If you had actually sent out the refund like you said, why then would you be offering a second refund? Answer: because you never sent it out in the first place. Keeping up this charade only proves, again, that you are a liar. Sad, very said indeed.

I recieved basicly the same email this morning, well except the second part LOL

and of course, no refund here either.........passing the 2 month mark since I sent him money now.
