    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

from a legal aspect, unless this information came from the exporter himself and/or there's evidential proof to back the above statement, then this is, in fact 3rd party information/hearsay.

nothing more, nothing less.
 
btw in the context of things.. it's not how it was said.. it's what was said.

I really hoped that you mailed the money out. I think a week is plenty of time for those expensively stamped envelopes to arrive.

Not only has your credibility been severely tarnished, you pretty much slapped everyone in the face that stated you are a good guy and would make this right within the week. It's pretty low to have so little respect for those that have put in a good word for you here.

The average person reading this could come to the same conclusions as this poster stated in the quotes below.

I say, just fess up, it's over, you might be able to help your-self if you stop NOW! We are all very caring people willing to help anyone in need as much as possible except someone that will stab us in the back with lies and deceits. Make this thread a lessen to what lying will get you into, hot water!

The question is, what business? This guy looks like he is just trying to take someones money in return for nothing. Last I checked that was not a business. Either way, if you are really interested in African importation, give me a call, I'll give you the real facts that you may or may not want to know.

I didn't jump on any bandwagon. I wanted to give you the benefit and waited to the end of the week to post. In my opinoin that was more than fair since you promised to post the receipts/pictures for the money orders six days ago and still haven't.

I'm sure many of them will be a little more hesitant to back you up in the future. Most of them (on this thread anyway) have a little more regard for their reputation and respect for other people.

You are indeed right. This is about really the people involved thats more important. However, exporters are gonna have a tougher time trying to get their money back since international law is 20x different from Federal and State laws here in the US.

OHHHH!! Something else from Dennis' post that made me think about something..
There are things called FedEx Drop Boxes.. lol i dont know why i didnt think of that before. duh. oh and there are authorized FedEx dealers/Stores that are open on Saturdays, ie Kinko's.

Sure, it wouldn't hold up in court without proof... but this isn't a court of law. It's Fauna. There is no trial, no jury and no judge. There's just the rules, the mods who pound their figurative gavels, and one heck of an audience.

I'm not questioning the veracity of the statement, rather I feel it was at best a cheap shot. Justyn can't prove a negative very well. So if he said it was untrue it would be a he said/she said, If there's a name there is actually someone who can verify the information.

If I said the same thing about you Robin, but was unwilling to cite any source or give a name, how would that be for you? You could deny all you want, but you couldn't prove it to be untrue.

Believe me, I'm the last one here defending Justyn and his pack of lies. That he owes an exporter the money would not surprise me. The way it was presented as an unnamed entity with no backup was unwarranted, and, as Jim Ritchie put it, better off unsaid.
 
I called Justyn in the end of April begaining of May. He told me several things about the shipment and none of it felt right. I told him that I would call back in a few days. The following week I call him and was told that the shipment was in the air. J.M. said that he was getting in 24.24 of reds and Black Squams and something like 30.30 each of yellow and greens. I wanted a large number of the blacks and reds, J.M. told me that he only had a few of each left due to the fact that he was pre-selling them. I called the very next day (he was to have them now) J.M. told me that there was some troubles and it would be a week or so before they arrived, I called once more time the second week of May and J.M. said he did not know if they were coming at all.I heard Randy Ellis and J.M. were in this shipment together,I ask J.M about this and was never given a good answer so I never called again.

Justyn Miller sent me a request for the rest of my payment for the squams on 4/20/07. He said they were in. On 5/08/07 he sent me an email saying he was to be busy to ship anything so he was refunding my money. I find it interesting that he told you around the second week of May that he didn't know if they were coming in at all.
I'm glad you posted that.

ok that makes a lot of sense..
first call back -- the snakes are on the way
2nd call -- its gonna be a week before they arrive (meaning they havent been shipped at all)
3rd call -- oh well there are problems and the squams are STILL in the african congo. \

DOH! Silly Justyn. Talk about counting your eggs before they hatch.
 
I import to and I know that things go wrong with exporters, But it was that the story changed 180 degrees with every call. If the number Justyn told me were correct (but who knows) that would mean that there are a lot more people out therethat he owes money to.

At the same time as Justyn put ads on K.S. for the squams R.E. partner Edwards was offering blacks and reds for sale in the Tampa bay area for $300 ea. That is what makes me think that R.E AND Justyn ere working together at least on some level.

Then I ask Justyn about it and I was only told that it was none of my concern. I never called back.
 
No, Not at all. I just seen things that throw up a VERY RED FLAG and if they (Miller and Ellis) are in together Then I really am glad that I walked away.

But now that you mentioned it the 2 cases do seem a lot a like. It was said the miller never paid a Egypt exporter. I don't know.
