In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Not a bad thing, I was just mentioning it so others could do the same and save the time of waiting for some sort of correction to make it possible for them to view.

You know, the more I read threads like that on other forums where true scammers are exposed the more it sickens me that the people in control of those sites are willing to shut down or even delete the threads. IMO they are acting irresponsibly allowing their members to send money to people like Justyn who are KNOWN and PROVEN THIEVES and LIARS.

You know. He even had the nerve to post on Kelli's forum that deals with geckos. Kelli is in Daytona right now and was notified and had his ads deleted from her forum site.
It just sickens me that he has the nerve to still try to rip people off like he does.
He used to be friend but I just do not trust the guy.

Sorry kiddies, we don't allow ANY "bad seller" type posts here. That's what BOI is for. If I had been around earlier today, this crap would have never gotten anywhere near this far. I'm not taking anyone's side here. I'm simply saying, take it elsewhere. I understand that your intentions are good, but it is against our forum rules. It really very simple
if you have a legal gripe, there are remedies to provide relief. Hire an attorney, and sue him if you have been wronged. If you feel that Justyn has committed a crime, then bring it to the attention of the proper authorities and if its justifiable, then they may act criminally. But sometimes people on this board get a little out of hand. This may be one of those situations.
When you start taking this to another forum and begin accusations, it is possible that some repercussions may occur. As in this case, the Gecko community powers told the poster to take a walk. They do not want this on there site. Nor should they be deluged with these Inspector Javert's following Justyns posts throughout the internet galaxy with impunity.
Justyn can and probably will acquire all of these posts and accusations that may be made by people who have nothing better to do then to join the bandwagon and disparage him. In many cases these very people have never purchased or dealt with Justyn at all.
I just dont think its smart to have to hire an attorney for these types of potential litigation . As I said, if you feel you have been wronged, by Justyn take whatever legal steps you want. The fact is if he has made these threats to hire an attorney, it may end up costing you more than you bargained for.

What makes you so sure he is targeting you ! Look not that I am defending Justyn, but its this kind of rhetoric that leads to these kinds of problems. Justyn can sue whom ever he wants, just as some of the posters who claimed they were ripped off by Justyn can sue him.
Apparently a raw nerve was struck when he went to a different site, and I understand that included yours and offered items for sale. The gecko site put a stop to the spill over from some overzealous BOI members complaining about Justyn. There may be some litigation out of it.
Kelli, people have to realize that these forums can sometimes provide more than what they bargained for with a bandwagon attitude of joining in the hunt. The machinery is there for recourse. Either civil or criminal.
That does not give people the right to hound Justyn from site to site, making accusations upon accusations without the possibility of some kind of reprisal ! Now apparently Justyn is taking the necessary steps to go after some of these individuals. This is not isolated in this community. I see it time after time. I have mentioned on to many occasions to file redress legally.
Keep your thoughts liimited and be a bit more discreet when posting Or one day some callous remarks may come back and haunt you. I saw what Justyn posted on that gecko site. He was offering geckos for sale. If anyone needed information, they should be come here and get all the information that they can find in order to make an intelligent decision to buy or not to buy. But when they start going to other forums and carry over what has been now going on forever, should not be taken lightly.

Just as long as Justyn is identifying himself, not misleading his name or business, he has every right to advertise without fear that someone is going to get on that forum and attempt to expose him when they have an avenue that they can use to remedy their own grievances. That is called a lawyer.

I think that he should go for it. When he does evidence can be presented in a court of law from both sides of the issue on his dime and unless the judge is dumber than a post he will lose and quite possibly be court ordered to pay those he has ripped off under threat of Contempt of Court if he did not do so.
