Still looking around, really only for females or unsexed hatchlings as I already have a male and a possible male for this project, but I will still take a look at any males you might have.
Looking for interesting, heavy, large, etc portholes, or porthole like markings (especially white). Very interested in the "splattered" looking portholes. Fringe, kneecaps, white tipped crests are also a plus.
Patternless geckos would be best, but its not a deal breaker. I'd also prefer clean, but some dalmatian spotting would be ok. It is difficult to see if geckos with heavy patterning have this "trait" so it is more difficult for me to buy them. Please message me or email me ([email protected]) with information, pictures and pricing. Pictures of the parents of the gecko would be awesome as well, if they can be provided. I do have a budget, so unfortunately I know there might be some really incredible geckos that I just wont be able to afford, but please don't let that deter you from messaging me.
If anyone wants a good example of what I'm looking for...
cookreptiles.com has a picture up under "red male with white fringing" in both their "our collection" and "available animals" tabs. Shea, their harlequin female, would also be something I might be interested in.
NONE OF THE GECKOS PICTURED ARE FOR SALE
Here's another excellent example. A big thank you to the Living Palette for allowing me the use of the picture.
The focus is the white/ cream markings on the sides.
And another example. (thanks Mina!)
And one of my own geckos
