    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I am going to post this here even though it primarily is pertaining to Fauna.

In looking over the table of membership levels I see that an endowment member has the ability to see IP's of other members. I remember a thread somewhere where there was a minor glitch and it wasn't turned on. Has this feature been fixed? And is it set up where you can see the IP of the post or just the member when they are on?

Just having a brain exercise and thought I would ask.
 
Do not know if it is fixe but............

IPs are over rated. Many many many people can have the same IP. Meaning if you look at a tread and judge a few posters bewcuase they have the same IP you could be passing judgement on people that did nothing wrong.

Again IPs are over rated. Now net card ID #s are another story..........
 
Well I know IP's are not the direct means of ID that some think, my question is pertaining to the Level of Membership and is it fixed. I can remember a thread with the discussion of it not working, and for the life of me can't find it. Just just wondering if its working and a actual part of the upper level of membership?

Yes and No. You can see them but not on each post. You have to go to the currently online link. Located here-
