    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

dark granite

That animal in shed looks more like a black pastel than a granite, to me.

I don't understand what you're asking about a "black granite", I've never heard such a thing. What is the difference in a "granite" and a "black granite" supposed to be?

Ok, this is the second time I've heard of a black pastel granite. How do you know it's granite, given the traits of a black pastel? Serious question.

What's funny though is that the Black Pastel is one of the VERY few morphs I like with Granite in it. Generaly I prefer as clean as possible with little to no pattern and little to no spots in that pattern. When It comes to BP's though I prefer as busy a pattern as possible and the ones I've seen with granite in them (wether it be genetic or not) look far superior. Jerry lets see a pic of that BP granite that you have to breed.

That's interesting, I haven't heard of the black granite til looking at this thread.

Makes me wonder if this dinker male I picked up as a granite is a black granite. But this male also looks like a sable or even maybe a het red? I'd love some more input on him. The pics are crap cell shots and last pic is from the guy I got him from.

Currently trying him on a normal female and another girl with a bit of a granite pattern. Was gonna put him to my granite female I have but I'm wanting to prove her genetic. If they both prove genetic ill pair them up next season.

Well ill say! That's a nice snake for petco! If I saw it I would have snatched it up too! Everytime I go they have under fed very normal ball pythons. Good luck on proving it out looks like a granite to me! I picked up 3 yellowbellies from a small time pet shop as normals for 15 each! Sometimes they think there normals but to a trained eye, score! :)
