    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

is this anything special

Looks coral to me. If its not coral the breeder may have had some pastel in his albinos / hets.

Nothing special there, so you might as well send it my way! :D

And by the way Albino+Pastel = Coral. An Albino Boa with Pastel means its a Coral Albino.

I disagree. There is a difference, however subtle it may be. :D Corals have a somewhat "marble-ish" type of look to their color along the sides, and Pastel albinos are simply flushed with color all over the sides. Seeing them side by side helps to distinguish the differences. :yesnod:

Pete Kahl had Corals appear randomly in an albino litter, quite some time before Jeff Ronne came out with the Pastel Boa. So the ties just don't add up IMHO.

But they are both nice albinos regardless.

I have a Female Pastel het Alb. and was told by Tim Koppenhofer of (Special K Reptiles) that the Pastel gene in my het will make Corals off of the first breeding to a het Alb. or an actual Albino. I was stating what i was told, and thats why i don't like co-signing anything just to be sure im not wrong. O'well everybodys wrong once and a while. :shrug01:

thanks for all the input, he will be breeding this year to a dh sunglow, and a het albino. really looking forward to what the offspring will look like, ill keep you all posted when the babies are ready to go. :rofl:

I wasn't getting on you or anything. Mine is just an opinion, based on what I know and have learned. I was just sharing it. :thumbsup:

Differences in opinion is how we learn new things. LOL

Good luck on those pairings. The DH Sunglow sounds like it should throw some really nice offspring if paired with that guy. The Het albino too.

I had a litter sired by a Coral produced by Rich Ihle. I held back two babies. 1.0 Coral, and 0.1 High contrast. (she's trying to coral a little bit LOL) BUT, my point is this. I sold some babies that looked pretty much just a nice normal albino. Now they are a year, and several have blossomed with the coral trait. One that is turning out AMAZING. Soooo, pick your keepers carefully. LOL

Good luck!
