    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy issues with First Choice Reptiles

I'm about to launch a new public television show about bugs, and was prepared to do major business with Nick Mole & First Choice Reptiles, as their selection of arthropods is great and their site is beautiful.

Thankfully I started with a small order. The store only sent half of what I paid for, though the slip said everything was there. For nearly two weeks now I have been emailing and calling, but have yet to receive any response.

I wish I had read the reviews about First Choice Reptiles before doing business with them.
 
Yes, similar situation happened with me about 6 months ago. I just filed a paypal claim and got my money back that way. I would certainly NOT do business with Mr. Mole again!
 
Adam L. and Adam M., can you both please post evidence of your transactions? Receipts, photos of opening the boxes, and correspondences between you and First Choice Reptiles are all good to help back up your case.

Thanks Vanessa, will do my best to get to this ASAP (not at work right now). I am happy to go on record with all of my dealings with First Choice.
 
I would also like to see the evidence. I've been considering buying from them for a while as they have quite a few species I don't see around very much.
