I know this is stickied, and if this thread needs to be deleted for space/rules I completely understand and am sorry for wasting that admins time. I just wanted to get this out there from another user instead of an admin in hopes some people may actually begin to understand.
Why do people argue these threads? If you don't think that the information provided is a strong enough case to prevent you from buying from that person in the future... then just buy from them (or sell to them). The purpose of this forum is to provide as much information as you can as to why you feel you have had a bad transaction and to let people decide for themselves from there. People are going to stop posting warnings if they keep getting attacked by other users, or worse, they will do what they did with the classifieds and make us all paying members to make the forum even usable (not that paying is bad). If you have a question that is actually relevant to the thread ask away, but if you are trying to play pretend lawyer this isn't the place. I could ask for more information all day long to "prove" your point, but when it gets to the point that you have to provide a legal transcript for anyone to believe what you say holds any merit then this thread has lost all purpose.
In short... we don't care why you think it isn't reason enough to deal with the person, especially when you haven't had any dealings with the person in question to begin with. We are here to see how a transaction actually went "bad" for something, and to determine for ourselves if the accusations are legit.
