In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    Addendum: 01/10/2026
    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

*****

PRICE MATRIX (for multiple Pickups being delivered at the same time, to one [1] Destination, per itinerary)

One (1) Pickup = $175
Two (2) Pickups = $325
Three (3) Pickups = $450
Four (4) Pickups = $550
Five (5) Pickups = $650
Six (6) Pickups = $750
Successive Pickups will continue to be $100/ea on top of the $750.

Another way of wording it:

1st Pickup = $175
2nd Pickup = $150
3rd Pickup = $125
4th Pickup = $100
5th Pickup = $100
6th Pickup = $100
Successive Pickups will continue to be $100/ea.

NOTA BENE: This is when ALL Stops, id est all Pickups + Delivery, are within Standard Territory, id est: All of Pennsylvania down the east coast to Tampa, across the Gulf down to San Antonio, over to San Angelo and straight up through the greater eastern halves / portions of OK / KS / NE, up to Minneapolis, the lower halves of WI and MI, and everything within. Create imaginary latitudinal and longitudinal lines if You will, and there You have it. This is all give-or-take by the way; id est, I don't cut hairs.

EXTENDED TERRITORY SURCHARGES (ETSs)

For each Stop, whether Pickup or Delivery, outside of Standard Territory, there will be a surcharge. This is called an Extended Territory Surcharge (ETS). Exempli gratia:

$25: Laredo, Lubbock & Odessa, TX
$50: El Paso, TX; Cheyenne, WY
$75: Tucson & Phoenix, AZ

Very rarely, a Shipment will incur both the Seller and Buyer (Recipient) being in Extended Territories, in which there will be two (2) ETSs. Exempli gratia: El Paso, TX-->Staples, MN would be $250 total: $175 (base fee) + $50 (El Paso ETS) + $25 (Staples ETS).

NOTA BENE: This ETS is for the Stop or general region, only charged once each time I go there. It is not per Shipment. Therefore, if there are multiple full-priced (id est, $175) Shipments associated with an Extended Territory Stop or general region, whether incoming and / or outgoing, this ETS will be divvied up over all full-priced Shipments, and if there are enough Shipments, the ETS could be negated altogether. Exempli gratia:

Odessa, TX ($25 ETS)
One (1) Shipment = $200
Two (2) Shipments = $175/ea

El Paso, TX ($50 ETS)
One (1) Shipment = $225
Two (2) Shipments = $200/ea
Three (3) Shipments = $175/ea

Tucson / Phoenix, AZ ($75 ETS)
One (1) Shipment = $250
Two (2) Shipments = $225/ea
Three (3) Shipments = $200/ea
Four (4) Shipments = $175/ea

Just to clarify, ETSs have nothing to do with the Price Matrix above. Id est, exempli gratia: If a Buyer in an Extended Territory is receiving two (2) Shipments, it will be $325 (per the Price Matrix) + whatever portion of the regional ETS if applicable, whether $75, $50, $25 or $0.

LARGE SHIPMENT SURCHARGES (LSSs)

Exceptionally large Shipments still incur their own surcharge (possibly on top of an ETS), whether a single large animal (exempli gratia, an adult Ophiophagus hannah), a large pair of animals (e.g., full-grown 1.1 Bitis rhinoceros), or a gazillion animals. This is called a Large Shipment Surcharge (LSS), and it is determined not so much by the number, size or weight of the animal(s), but rather by the overall space of the container(s). Exempli gratia:

>15 Quarts worth of space = $25
>32 Quarts worth of space = $50
>60 Quarts worth of space = $75
>100 Quarts worth of space = $100

NOTA BENE: This is per or by Shipment, which actually saves the Buyer (Recipient) money if they are receiving multiple Shipments. Id est, exempli gratia; receiving four (4) Shipments of 15 Quarts worth of space each = 60 Quarts total, yet it will only cost $550 per the Price Matrix above, not $625.

CRITICAL ITINERARY UPDATE

The departure date has been pushed to Thursday, June 11, at the earliest, and hopefully no later than June 12. Now, the explanation:

On April 29, I had a hit a deer in northern Michigan, so my vehicle was repaired in Grand Rapids, MI. I picked up my vehicle last Friday, June 05, and everything has worked perfectly except the A/C from the get-go.

I brought my vehicle into a national chain Saturday morning, in which a leak in the A/C line from the compressor to the condenser was discovered, which they fixed. My insurance approved and reimbursed the repair, and also paid for the recharge this morning. The A/C worked perfectly on the way home but not ≈2 hours later when loading up my vehicle for the itinerary. It was brought back to the national chain late this morning, but they could not find another leak via the “sniffer” and pressure tests they utilize (there are three [3] tests to find an A/C leak, the third being a dye test, which they couldn’t perform on my vehicle for some reason).

I brought my vehicle into a local and reputable “mom n’ pop” shop this afternoon, which was able to perform the dye test, and they found a leak coming from the A/C line from the evaporator to the condenser, behind the front bumper. Whether at the body shop or the dealership in Grand Rapids, someone missed this. It is a stupid, modern, quick-disconnect style, so even inserting it back in and Jimmy-rigging it to stay, it blew out again. The part, OEM-specific, will be ordered by the shop from my local Toyota dealership tomorrow morning; unfortunately, it won’t arrive till Thursday at the earliest, but possibly not till Friday… provided it is not on back order.

Alternatively, I was approved for a second vehicle on Saturday (id est, no trade-in, which I was also approved for but not worth it), a 2026 Toyota Sienna (XSE), having found the perfect one (AWD, four [4] climate zones, built-in power inverter) that will be arriving this week. I will allow till Friday for the part to come in for my 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Woodland Edition, and if my vehicle can be repaired on this day, but if not, I will purchase this Sienna. I am not exactly thrilled at paying ≈$1,800/mo between two (2) vehicles, plus more insurance, but I will not delay my Clients >3 days, and I DO miss having a reliable backup vehicle…

Although; once fixed up, I would likely sell the RAV4 and pay any outstanding balance with an home equity line of credit (HELOC), or maybe I will rent it out, or maybe I will finally hire someone to perform simultaneous / overlapping itineraries with.

I will likely Post updates in the Comments of this Post; not make new Posts.

UPDATE 06/10/26

My 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Woodland Edition will be repaired tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon, provided all three (3) parts arrive like they’re supposed to. My vehicle is already loaded up and ready to go, so I will head right out when completed (only ≈1.5 hours labour, so I will wait at the “mom n’ pop” shop).

I am still pursuing the 2026 Sienna XSE, which arrived this morning, and which I had the privilege of checking out while getting prepped in the service bay. But I am also pursuing a different, and more beneficial, method of financing which will save me ≈$500/mo between both vehicle payments. So, perhaps as early as the July itinerary, I will have a Sienna!

UPDATE 06/12/26

My vehicle was repaired yesterday afternoon, and I was able to hit the road at 19:00 EST last evening. I am currently recalculating ETAs and will distribute them to all Clients currently part of the itinerary.
