I will not deny anything John. I never had ANYTHING from Berle. I did not know Berle at the time he had his stolen. I met him later on. But we both had our lizards stolen. I have never done any business with Berle on lizards.

I have a screenshot but im new to fauna and im not sure how to post it but i asked to send payment thru paypal and he sent me this email address "[email protected]" which he told me was his wife who im guessing is christina davis aka christina draper ! This guy is a long time scammer i just googled him!

Before he became the "georgiaherper" here is a nice little associated press article on him.

Dustin A. Draper of Muncie, Indiana picked up a box of venomous baby timber rattlesnakes at a post office and transported them on a city bus to his apartment.

Postal inspectors notified authorities about the shipment, and the Indiana Department of Natural Resources and the county police arrested Draper at his home. He was jailed under charges of "possession of an endangered species and transportation of a dangerous reptile without a permit," reported The Associated Press.

This is not the first "snake charge" for Draper. He was convicted a year ago for attempting to sell an eastern diamondback rattlesnake. He also faces charges from this past August for the possession of a cobra.

Excellent history and research there, Dennis. Thank you for sharing. I originally posted his stolen monitors ad on a couple local Facebook reptile pages. I have since updated the posts with a link to this thread. Now that I'm living in Georgia again I'm going to have to keep an eye out for this guy.
