In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello! I really hate to admit it, but I have been lurking for months now. I guess I just never needed to say anything. Now Ive decided to go ahead and jump in to some of the discussions and possibly do more than just looking in the classifieds.

My name is Amanda, I am 25 years old, married and totally in love with Ball Pythons. I have had a love for snakes basically all my life, but as a child it was just not an option at all due to my father being deathly afraid of them. This past spring I was in pretty rough shape mentally and decided to do something for myself to cheer myself up. I check Craigslist daily more so just to see what people have, but when I saw a ball python being re-homed for only $35 I decided I had to jump on it. It turns out it was actually being sold by a local breeder. It was a 1.5 year old male normal that she no longer had room for. I was rather excited at just how sweet he was and fell in love instantly. My husband was surprised but in all he was alright with my getting him, and has become just as in love with snakes as I have.

This past October, we attended the New England Reptile Expo. We went with no intention of purchasing anything but spending hours walking around looking at all the beautiful morphs, we couldn't resist and left with a beautiful 2 month old female spider. She is absolutely amazing. She has a great temperament and is perfect at feeding time. No games with her at all. I wish I could say the same for my boy. It usually takes about 10-20 minutes to get him to take his food, and then it takes him forever to actually get it in position, and then forever again to get it down. Anyways, both of them have the same name...sort of anyways. Our male is named Beau and our female is Belle. So essentially they are both named beautiful!

We are both so excited to go to the next New England Reptile Expo on the 29th and already have a list of possibilities as far as what we would like to buy for a future breeding partner for Belle. At the top of my list is a lesser or mojave. Not only are they beautiful on their own, but will make some awesome babies with my spider girl. In the end it will really depend on what we can find the best deal on and be able to justify the cost.

Anyways, I look forward to continuing to learn more about all the different morphs as well as expanding my collection. Im going to go hit up Craigslist now!

nothing wrong with harmless lurking. I work in a hospital and behind a computer 90% of the time. My boss is scared to open up my laptop cause she knows its always on this page with some pic of a snake i was looking at. Never a dull moment here between the BOIs....but great breeders and alot of help....The MODs are good people too. Welcome.
