    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Byron has always treated me good when ever I have dealt with him. So, Without Proof he screwed you you are out of luck changing my mind about him!:shrug01:
 
Im not trying to change peoples minds or get something from him. I just posted my experiance with him (which was bad). Im glad you had a good time with him. Maybe he changed. Idk.
 
Well Byron do You remember him. To me a conversation that happened after a month hospital stay would probally stick out in my mind. Did you ever tell him you would fix then disappear
 
Hallowedone, that doesn't prove anything, and I'll never get that 5 minutes of my life back that I spent trying to decipher your spelling & grammar.

I bought snakes from Byron at the end of the summer. I initially asked for 2 breeder females & one hatchling pastel female. After talking with him, I threw in some more money and had him send me some extra snakes (1.1 het hypos & a pin het ghost)...sight unseen. I paid, got a call when the snakes shipped to inform me of the tracking number (which was on the agreed upon day), and a call when they arrived from both Byron and his wife, to make sure I was happy with them and they arrived safely. They were all 100% healthy, mite free, bright eyes, no RIs, and no shedding issues for ANY of them. Packed like a dream, insulated and newspaper filling the voids so they didn't move around. Each bag was zip tied closed too, so no one escaped. All healthy weights, and the breeder females were on target with what he had told me; if anything, they were a bit heavier. Oh, and he was nice enough to throw in a free snake to boot - a male pastel, poss het clown. Needless to say I was thrilled with the transaction!

Additionally, Byron followed up a couple weeks later to make sure everyone was eating. They had been fed live with him, but 6/7 were converted to f/t without skipping a meal, within 6 weeks. In fact, the adult females and one hatchling took f/t at their first meal with me.

I will definitely be purchasing from Byron again in the future!!!

**Side note, if you are receiving messages in Facebook from someone not on your friends list, they go into an "other" folder that must be accessed separately. (Just in case that's why you think a message wasn't received.)
 
Ironically guys,, After reading the scrambled messages, I do faintly remember these emails, and you all read where it ended!!

I DIDN'T DO BUSINESS WITH HIM, no trades, no buys, nothing.. that's why I have no records of anything, and Anyone who knows me and has done business knows I'm OCD about keeping records.

Paul, though you started this thread wanting to know my reputation, and or business, why didn't you ask me for references? I've surely come to learn that those whom "live on fauna" , don't get the true experience of knowing a seller, rather tid bits , and then base judgement from there. But as Ive stated before, It causes me no harm, continue doing your business elsewhere

Regarding records, I did receive photographic certification of the het ghosts from Byron with my package. :)

Yes, we should have posted our positive experiences, Byron...I've come to trust the FBI (feedback & inquiries) page on Facebook far more than the BOI here. It's hard to weed through the frivolous posts on here where someone got their panties in a bunch & the legitimate complaints that are warranted. ;)
 
This thread is not about Facebook vs. Fauna...each have their own merit. Fauna has less traffic, FB more headaches, IMO.

Anyway, this hasn't gotten anywhere, and as I stated earlier, I've had no issues dealing with Byron.
 
Byron has always seemed like a very stand up member of the community from my limited interactions with him. This James guy; however, is pretty well known among several of us around Colorado Springs for being clueless, a scam artist, and frankly he shouldn't own any animals.
 
Yay for people coming on here and trash talking someone they have never even met. All of you seem to thing he is PERFECT in every way and he isnt. Im not saying he is some horrable person or anything but EVERYONE has the right to hear both sides of ALL stories.

I wasn't saying he was perfect, nor was I taking sides, nor do I disagree that all stories should be heard... However, after my communications with you a few times via email, and knowing some back story on some of your animals- I take everything you say with a grain of salt. ;)
