    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello Fauna members!

My name is Janeane Kromschroeder. I work for Pet Kingdom San Diego. I have been handling all online sales for Pet Kingdom for nearly a year now. Most of this year our Fauna account has been under my coworkers name and I have recently been able to change it over to me.

I am reaching out to any one that has worked with me directly in the past year. Whether it was just information you were looking for or if you actually made a transaction, even down the the shipping and overall communication.

Janeane Kromschroeder has been a pleasure to always work with. Communication is a key in this industry and she has always been quick to reply to a question and or any request that I have had. If your considering doing business with her then don't hesitate.

Had a great transaction with Janeane back in February. The snake came in excellent shape, and exactly as described and shown. Communication was quick, proper, and well written. Would not hesitate to order from her again if they had something listed I was after.
 
Ordered a pair of Green-eyed Geckos from them last year. Janeane handled the transaction as one would hope- curteously, timely, good animals, no problems. Two-thumbss up.
 
I had a awesome experience dealing with Janeane. I was out of town and did our deal over text messages and e-mails until I arrived back in town. Upon arriving back in town I was able to drive down to SD to meet her in person and pick up my albino carpet. She took her time in bring out multiple animals from me to choose from and had all of the character traits down which tells me this is someone who spends time with their animals not just gets them out the door. I would most certainly buy from her again in a heart beat. I hear she has some exciting carpet projects coming down the pike so look out :)
 
Janeane, you are terrific! Got two snakes from you guys this year, both shipped separately for a stunningly low price each time, and arrived as described and perfect. Never had to wait more than 8 hours (and this was usually overnight) for an email response back. Great knowledge and tolerated my many, many questions, even during the peak hours at Reptile Super Show. Truly a gem in the industry. Thanks Janeane!
 
Wanted to chime in that over the last year or so I have purchased about a half dozen ball pythons and a sand boa from Janeane and Bobby. They are both knowledgable and responsive, and the animals are very nice specimens. Thank you!
 
Pet kingdom is great. I bought a sulcata from them and he's awesome their customer service is great. their shipping is flawless. I highly recommend them.
 
I had a great experience purchasing my toffino boy from Janeane. The transaction went smoothly and she even held him for me until the temperature went down enough to ship him out. I highly recommend her services!
 
She was extremely professional and quick to respond. The female Ackie that I received far surpassed my expectations I will definitely be purchasing more animals from her in the future. They have excellent shipping and service all around an amazing experience!
 
I have dealt with everyone at Pet Kingdom for years. They are all really good people. They take very good care of their animals. The owner Matt use to work at a small little place called the world famous and largest in the county San Diego Zoo. This is the type of quality and care you get from any animal you purchase from them. I have bought and sold to them and feel I was treated very fair on every occasion. I would and do recommend them to everyone. You won't be disappointed.
 
I don't think you've actually sold me something that wasn't a feeder, only once with Andy and Matt and that was the dragon, rest was mostly freshwater department. I'm still eyeballing that female ETB in the shop if you want her gone
