• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

this guy ripped me off. I made a deal with Jarrod on some snake there was 100 babie fox snakes and 2.3 adult fox snakes .2 texas rats .1 northern pine 1.0 albino black rat 1.0 striped calking 1.0 bull 1.0 emery rat 1.0 100 percent het for albino gofer. the total was agreed on at $1250.00 with me paying shiping. and he sent me a check that was returned for insuffishant funds. and now he has changed his phone # and won't answer any snail mail. so if you plan on doing bis. with him make sure you get all money's up front. I would like to think that you could trust people in this bis. but some guy's just screw it up for people. thanks for listing to my gripe and please watch out for him. thanks again. Randy Carson

I think Jarrod is in Florida right now, that may be why you can't reach him.  Just thought I would let you know.  Hope everything works out, surely he will respond if you give him a chance to get back home. Hopefully this was just a mistake or oversight on his part and he will make things right.

OK scott if he is not trying to avoid me then why didn' his wife tell me anything when I talked to her
. you see I talked to her on the same day I found out that the check bounced. I called to talk to Jarrod about getting some ball pythons and she said that Jarrod would call me when he got home. when I got home from work I had a letter from my bank telling me about the bad check. And I never got a call from him.so the next day I sent him a fax and it went through and I still never got a reply. so if you can get him to give me a call or can give me his new number it would realy be great.outher wise I will have to take leagal action. you can call me at 507-533-8647 THANKS RANDY CARSON
 
Well just an update there has been no contact from Jarrod G. even though Scott said that he talked to Jarrod and said that he would call me. Never happend so I will give him tell monday morning to get ahold of me then I will turn it over to my attorney to deal with. I will let you all know what happens bot I would be very carefull dealing with him. thanks all Randy Carson

He had a nice looking guyana for a fairly good price I was interested in, till I seen this post with him sending out a 1250.00 bad chack, so I figure I better just stay away from the deal.

He Has Ripped Off Many!

I bought a Kingsnake from him. When the snake arrived my jaw hit the floor when I opened the box. The snake I saw on his site looked good and the one he sent me was horrible. Same snake but the snake was lifeless. I took it to the Vet and the Vet told me the snake had four different parasites. I'll try posting a pic later. My link didn't work.

Leary about a deal

I was working out a deal with Jarrod for a female albino boa. Sounds like I should steer clear. I would be curious to see if anybody else has had any experiences with Jarrod, good or bad. Particularly pertaining to the quality/health of his animals.

Randy, that is a real bummer. Especially since you gave him such a GREAT deal! It sounds like he got the deal of the century, and then he sent you a rubber check as a thank you. Has he contacted you yet? I am curious, where in the world did you get 100 baby Fox Snakes? I have always liked them. Do you breed them?

James.....Jarrod will not make it right for Randy or anyone else. When I sent him email concerning the horrid condition of the snake, he sent me this reply.

He never did warranty the snake. Two days later he shut down his email and website.



The Vet did a Exotic Fecal Direct & Float and found four parasites. They were Giardia, Strongyloides, Hookworms, and Coccidia.

The snake died shortly after that and Jarrod Greer vanished.
