    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I ordered several racks from Jason Hess. He had great service, and the racks arrived very quickly (especially since they hadn't been built yet at the time I ordered). Unfortunately, when they arrived, they had taken quite a lot of damage in shipping. They appeared to have been dropped and/or kicked or something. This is where Jason really shined. He was incredibly concerned about the state of those racks, and worked quickly to file a claim with the shipper. In the end, one rack was repaired, one was completely replaced, plus he even sent me a partial refund from the shipping. The replacement racks arrived safely and look great. I would not hesitate to do business with him again.

I am very happy with the racks and very happy with his service, he is definitely a good guy!
 
Has anyone else bought from this company? Hows the quality and how does it hold heat. Thanks,

Mine have been in use for several weeks now and are working out great. One thing I really like about them is they have some extra belly heat under the bottom shelf (which is raised up off the floor, another plus), so it minimizes the difference in temp between the bottom and top of the rack. HTH - Mo
 
i agree his rack are great and hold the heat very good will be buy more. i have a nature spirts rack also not as nice though.
 
I have one of Jasons racks and must say that the quality and craftsmenship are outstanding.

I live about an hour north of Jason and have been to his place. I seen first hand how he assembles and the great care and pride he takes in his racks.

I bought one of Jasons Dual-Purpose 5/10-Slot Racks. The top four shelves all maintain my temps at 88 to 90 in the back of the tubs and 79 to 81 in the front. The bottom shelf keeps the temps a little higher, 91 to 93 in the back and 80 to 82 in the front. That is because Jason uses extra heating on the bottom shelf, good idea. It will come in real handy when winter kicks in here in Indiana.

You can't go wrong with Jason. He is an attention to detail freak, but more importantly he is a very honest, upstanding person that actually gives a damn about his snakes, his racks and this hobby.

Does Jason do other cages?

I've got a baby Burm at present, and am already shopping around for an adult-sized cage. It sounds like Jason is exactly the kind of person I'd like to work with... a quality merchant who sells a quality product.

If he has a webpage, I'd definitely be interested in checking it out, and would certainly let him know that I got his name from Fauna Classifieds.
 
Jason's Jungle - Excellent service - Good guy!

I'd been shopping for racks and cages and was recommended to try one of Jason's racks for my colubrids. He responded to every e-mail promptly and answered every question I could come up with (sorry Jason, I know there were a dozen at least). Shipping and packaging were great the only glitch was a couple of missing tubs from where he'd removed them to drill holes for the thermostat probes. He immediately responded with apologies and refunded the cost of the missing tubs. Still haven't plugged the unit in, since I'm waiting on thermostats, but I had to post about the great experience. His workmanship and customer service are top notch.

Thanks again Jason- I'll let you know when I'm ready for the next rack system!
 
Jason is just the greatest!!]

Ive completely remodeled my snake room with nothing but his rack systems and they are GREAT!!

2 of the ten hole 30 towers one 5 hole 30 quart...2 of the 30/15sideways 2 hatchling racks and a 5 hole 48 quart tower....and Will be buying 2 of the 48 hole hatchling racks pretty soon...did I mention how Great they were???

And the best thing about them is the heavy PVC(or whatever it is) he uses...I have Large males and smaller females in the 5 hole 48 quart rack...and some of these guys are up around 8-10 pounds...and there is NO sag in the shelves!!!

and they heat like a dream!!!

They are By Far the BEST racks ive ever used and Ive tried Quite a few different ones...

I have just received my first rack from Jason and I was impressed. Very sturdy using the thickness he uses. Caresheet and tips included with the rack.

I was thrown off by the back heat that his racks use as I am used to belly heat, but after 2 days I got it tweaked and I have to say, it does offer a smoother gradient which is nice. I emailed Jason back and forth a few times in discussion about the rack and always got a professional response. Packing was exceptional and service was prompt.

Will order again once the breeder racks get back into production.
 
I have purchased several racks from Jasons Jungle over the years.The racks are just great.It makes keeping multiple snakes a breeze.These racks have been put to the test throughout the years (moving,stacking etc.)and they still function like new-they keep perfect temps for me and he goes the extra mile always.He builds me a rack that i simply take out of the box(always packed carefully)and plug in.I now have a snake room that is organized and safe.This week i am doing another purchase from Jason , and as always no worries ; smooth transaction.I highly recommend Jasons Jungle to anyone looking to improve their reptile housing-Brian O'Neill
 
I just received 4 awesome b.p.'s from Jason Hess today .Everything arrived on time and the snakes came with photo/feed records.The snakes are extremely healthy and active,one even ate immediately right out of the box! I can always count on Jason for smooth transactions-Brian O'Neill
 
A biased opinion...

Jason is a good guy, makes good racks (superior to most) and will be there if you need help with anything. What more can you ask for?
