Just wanted to let everyone now how well Jason has performed for me over the last few weeks. I started with an inquiry about some of his bullsnakes. He let me know what he had in a very timely manner. I inqured on pricing for the group and he cut me a killer deal including shipping on 1.0 Albino Whiteside, 1.1 Double Het for Albino and Whiteside, and 1.1 yellow bullsnakes. I overnighted the money order to him, in constant communication back and forth, he answered every email. He received the payment and agreed to ship this past tuesday. I get home on Tuesday and an email is waiting for me with my DHL tracking # gauranteed deliver for 10:30am next day. Cool, all is well, JAson is the man, has done everything he was supposed to do, we happy. BUT, come 10:30am Wednesday, no package, on the phone with DHL and "Sorry, it's stuck in the snow storm in Ohio."!!!! YAAAAAAAAARGH!! I fight with DHL all day, and communicate with Jason on how he packed them what kind of heat packs, to which he promptly replied back that they were packed with 40 hr heat packs, ok, still a chance for survival! I just picked them up at DHL when they opened this morning, opened the box and the heat packs are still working, and the snakes are packed so well that they all made it through fine. The were all in taped deli cups with aspen and newspaper in the cups, packed into an insulated box and packed with newspaper all around with the heat packs. I have no doubt that without the packing job he did the snakes would have never made it. I look forward to doing more business with Jason in the near future!
