I purchased a breeder boa package from jay back in October. I live in Ontario and he in British Columbia. I took this package on a payment plan for one month. The total was $1250 this was to include the shipping to me. He was suppose to ship on the 31st of October but didn't. He then promised to ship numerous other times but always had some excuse. So I've been waiting 2 months now and still nothing. I have demanded a refund for the past 2 weeks and nothing. Jay is nothing but a liar and a thief. He has no intentions of sending me what I paid for or returning my money. I even told him he could pay me in installments and yet still nothing. Don't deal wih him if you plan on purchasing any animals. I dealt with alot of breeders outside Ontario and this is the first time I have been taken for a fool. The other breeders always shipped on the planned date. If you want your money worth and good quily animals don't waste your time with jay. He'll let you down every time and won't give you a refund.

I have 15 more emails were all payments were missed the final payment wasnt on the 20th of October like agreed apon it was the 26th of October which wasnt a big deal! She doesnt drive so had to try and accomidate to her for the shipment and i live over an hour from the airport. Also was trying to find 72 hour heat pack to go out of my way and ship to her door. could not locate them anywere I looked. And when i found them it would have took a week for me to recieve them.


I can post emails all night about this but i dont really think theres a need to because her actions speak for them selves! I wasnt even informed about this. She knew my terms about shipping and that i do not ship from October 31st to Mach 1st. This is my precautionay measure and is right in my terms on my website!

I do not have to lie about my animals which she does to make her self feel better. Just a huge headache, I have a business to uphold unlike her, that has no reputation to uphold.

Has sold animals in the dead of winter and had them die because there was no heat packs in the box!

This is not what i wanted to do but the truth needs to come out about her! She has screwed more than one person on more than one user name and had animals die without giving any refund....

Every word that comes out of her mouth is a lie! Like i said she has 2 accounts on RC that she has screwed people on both without proper refunds.... Seriously

Samantha: Please provide proof that you paid him the full amount. He is saying you only gave him $300 (which doesn't even cover his 50% non-refundable hold deposit) from what I can tell.

If you didn't pay for a full hold deposit or the full amount of the group, then I don't see where he is in the wrong here.

And just for the record Andrew is Iceman11 lol and honestly he can say what he wants I let that kid stay at my place for free during the reptile expo, Ask anyone, my animals are top quality mite free snakes, if you learned how to speak to people instead of swearing and threatening you would get farther in life.

If you took your own advice and you payed people back that you screwed over and sent them a snake that died within 24 hours which all my are guaranteed for 48 after arrival.

I know you're really frustrated right now but until she can prove that she has given you the money (and she won't be able to if she didn't, obviously), you're still not a bad guy. This is definitely still up in the air because she has yet to prove much of anything.

So please, don't get too stressed over it. Sure, there's a "bad guy" thread about you but I've seen plenty of "bad guy" threads turn around on the OP. At this point, the ball is back in her court in terms of proving what you're saying is wrong and if she is lying about it, you have nothing to worry about. So, take a deep breath and just wait until she responds back; you really have nothing to worry about if she doesn't have any proof of payment and you are, in fact, telling the truth. Innocent until proven guilty! :)

Jay is pretty innocent and a few friends of mine had issues with this Samantha as well..

Here is my "story".


I was going to remove some cobras.. YES cobras from this so-called 20 year old with 2 babies because she was deathly afraid of them. I WAS going to donate them DIRECTLY to a zoo even under my expense. I put my life in danger for her and she attempted to set me up to take my cash for this.
Im EXTREMELY upset at the fact that she did this, but I caught on from the start that it may be a set up of somesort with her lack of communication. She was unsure of how long her hooks were, couldnt send me specific photos (her name on a paper of the enclosure) etc. I still had the heart to be willing to do this for her....and she just shot it down the drain and turned her phone off. I had a friend travel long distances to help me out and all for nothing.


Over all, quite upset with the fact I was put into this situation (out of good intentions and heart) and just slapped in the face.



Im pretty tempted to call authorities...but Im not an asshole.

This "story" doesn't make any sense at all. Why would someone have cobras if they are afraid of them? Why would you need to know about her hooks? (shouldn't you have your own?)
You have either fabricated this, or have left out a huge chunk (details) of this story. If you want people to believe you, post more information & any emails you have.
 
Im going to agree with Melissa here, sounds kind of fishy. Jay, we got it, her history is questionable, you keep bringing it up & it's looking like you are just trying to redirect the thread. Post your proof of what payment she did send & show her to be a liar & your reputation will be intact.

Rainbowman: He can post proof of the $300, sure. But what is that going to prove? The burden of proof is back on Samantha because she claims that she sent more than that and needs to now prove that more than $300 was given to Jay. Seeing as she joined just to "hit and run" is a clear indication to me that she probably won't be back to prove anything. The burden of proof is still on her Chris.

Unless she comes back on here and proves that she is owed money by posting some sort of proof that she sent him ANYTHING, I think this is pretty much case closed. It's her responsibility to make a solid case, which she hasn't even tried to do and it doesn't really look like she's coming back.

And on a side note: if only $300 was given to Jay for the group, he still did her a favor and held the animals for her though she didn't even begin to meet his 50% non-refundable hold deposit requirement. Either way, even if she did give him $300, she isn't entitled to it because he held the animals for her for less than what the deposit was and she changed her mind. That's the thing about non-refundable hold deposits....they're non-refundable because the amount of time you held that animal could have been spent actually selling said animals.

The guy was flustered...cut him some slack! Albeit it wasn't very professional of him to get so worked up and post all that, he still posted his side of the story and it's making a lot more sense than Samantha's at this point in time. If we're going to talk about misdirection, I should point out that normally when someone is trying to redirect a thread, they don't usually post their side with emails (more proof than what Samantha has posted so far). :shrug01:

Yup I have emails. turns out she didnt even have the cobras. I got ahold of the guy she supposedly bought them from to see if the story was true. I know it doesnt make much sense. I asked about the hooks to see if she had any. and yes, I do have hooks.

Having trouble uploading the photos to this forum, but I have left a link where all the screen shots can be seen to prove I did in fact pay this clown $1250 as hes claiming I only paid him $300. I also directly deposited another $450 into his CIBC bank account. As for the emails he is showing, he has left out the most important ones to save his own ass. But heres the link for everyone to see. What kind of a person would steal $1250 from a women and children?
