    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Jeff and Christina Wise (Wise Reptiles) Stole Money from Benefit Auctions for Maggie

Here is an idea. I don't know if there are any members here who live close to the church they are now supposedly attending. Someone could put fliers on all of the car windshields at the church with all of the information. The pastor might claim to be more forgiving, but the majotity of the congregation won't be as forgiving. Anyone live in that area?
 
Those that thought it was boring and drawn out.... what will it take to make it better. I dont have a problem making changes and uploading again.

The video is a great idea....I showed it to my daughter (22) who knew nothing of this situation and she was completely confused and left with zero idea about any of it. It accomplished nothing to interest her and did not lead her here to read the thread.
There really is no need to put all the details into the video which are numerous and cumbersome to random viewers...simply include the biggest details...use the video to spark interest, get them here to read...add some voice to engage the watcher...appeal to their emotions...I would also add the fact that there is a real possibility they are preying on a congregation now as well...

I thought video was great and will help out people who are just checking out the Wise saga. I'm sure if you have gone through 245 pages just in fauna and basically know every thing it may be a tad long.

I too think a video is a great idea. I am just not sure how to make it more viewer friendly, so that nothing is lost. I will admit that I didn't watch the whole thing, and I AM interested. I wish I had suggestions about how to make it better, and more likely to be watched by those who don't already know the story. If it is meant as a memorial so that everyone who knows about this doesn't forget, mission accomplished. As far as attracting new viewers/readers...I just don't know.

I think the squirrel with the light saber at 4:13 is the best!
 
I only saw "regaurding" spelt wrong, and I didn't watch all of it.. Regarding is proper spelling.. Fix that and run what you brung!! Lol... It's great Kevin; kudos for doing it my man!!

I think by adding a bit of commentary or perhaps music it would add another facet to keep the viewer remotely interested.
I would also suggest (as others have), streamlining the information presented and state the basic facts. I particularly started losing interest when the frames went back and forth between text and the check multiple times.
Lastly, I would add a direct link to this thread at the beginning of the presentation so the viewer doesn't miss it if they do not finish the video.
Once again, I commend you on your effort though!

If possible, make it shorter with the largest facts being the most prominent...add voice, perhaps outlining what people are seeing...It's a monstrous thing they did and now they're possibly preying on an entire congregation...maybe point that out as well....TAG the heck out of the video
 
A few suggestions to anyone making the video..:

*more pics of the Wises. Weren't their wedding pics floating around?
*list known locations (most recent, current church, etc)
*less is more:
**Start out with calling them thieves preying on communities in these towns, most recently the town where they are now....
**Explain briefly they took donations collected for 2 bereaved families.
**produced falsified documents (show the check & where she admits the check was a fake) I'd also enlarge her statement about that.
**Maybe toss in they have a history of lying in order to gain sympathy/free money/stuff.

Direct them here.


One thing I will say, it seems like a LOT of the general public is turning their back on wrongs done to others. I dunno if it's a selfishness (didn't happen to me, oh well) or if it's just a complete lack of ethics, or what..

as I said, I thought it was pretty good initially.
 
I am sure that they probably are preying, or will prey on the community they are in now. However, unless there is evidence/proof that they are, I would steer clear of including that. Libelous/slanderous information isn't going to help anyone except them. There is enough proof to back up all of the bad they have done without adding what they might be doing.
 
Oh and I love the "tag the heck out of the video" comment..Absolutely!

Tag it with names, known cities/states, pregnancy, church name, scammers, etc..

Also, it opens with them posting on "Fauna", but unless I missed something, it doesn't say faunaclassifieds.com. Not everyone is going to what that means.

Ok.... gotta get ready for work... but I have a shrunken down version ... just a bit over 5mins long... with background music and their latest location. Compiling the video now and will set it to upload to youtube. I may have to leave while that completes... but it will be available to someone else to post here if I cant.

Actually looks pretty good, Kevin. Some spelling errors though. And if I might make a suggestion, the video would have dramatically more impact with a voice over reading the text being displayed. And yes more pics of the two would be helpful as well.

All in all a pretty good job, though.... :thumbsup:

You can't use copyrighted commercial songs on YouTube videos. They just yank them if that happens.
