    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Jeff and Christina Wise (Wise Reptiles) Stole Money from Benefit Auctions for Maggie

OK anyone who has there own business and hasn't filed in 3 years is not going to get a tax refund. Christina was clearly using funds for their own gain. I also don't see where Maggie asked Christina for more than she was supposed to get. She was asking for a payment arrangement which is more than she should of had to do. The money collected from the auctions should of immediately been paypal'd to Maggie or Rick not withdrawn and spent on your own needs.

It isn't looking good Christina and Jeff, however if we are wrong, and you prove that you did in fact send that check and come on here and voice your side. I for one will publicly apologize to you. As of right now, even with your posts(through Nick), everything that was said was the truth and you owe the Maggie and Rick some money.

Noone expected you to pay for money you did not receive, we are going by the figures you posted in another thread. Let me remind you of what you posted you received.

I just have to comment on something I noticed in the email .pdf DAND posted. Sorry I don't know how to copy it here, but Christina says " . . .everyone who sent money had fees taken out for paypal . . ." I specifically asked her how she wanted the money sent so they wouldn't be hit with fees. I still have the pm's. I can't be the only one they gave those instructions to.
So does paypal take out fees regardless of how the money is sent?
 
I would publically apologize but I have a feeling that I will NEVER need to. The auctions have been over for almost 2 mos now. There is no acceptable reason that Maggie and Rick have yet to be paid all of the funds due them.

Nope... There was most likely very little fees, if any at all, taken out of the funds given them as they STATED to send the funds as a "gift"

Mine was sent as money owed and the product was listed on my invoice that I MADE her send me;). I am in the process of disputing my payments through PayPal as we speak. Tomorrow, I will be calling my credit card company as well.

I don't think it will be a problem as she posted on her own account the totals and all info regarding the auction items.

Please sticky this thread so anyone that comes to the BOI can see right off the bat what kind of people Jeff & Christina Wise are. This is the lowest of the low.... to run auctions for a grieving widow... then steal some of the proceeds.

I know you let Wes come back just long enough to make one post to Maggie.... so I know you must think highly of her.... please sticky this thread.

People (<< had to change it for you Harald) like this should not be allowed to drop to the bottom.

The problem with leaving negative feedback on Christinas name is that it does NOT affect the WiseReptiles name that I personally dealt with. I have no problems with leaving negative feedback and will do so when the time comes. I know the proof is here, but, I want to make 100% sure before I set out to ruin someone by leaving them negative feedback.
 
Alright, listen up.

Here is the deal on the check.

What you are looking at is some kind of a doctored photo, either photo shop or some kind of photo program. I am going to point out a few things here and you will see.

If you look at the words thousand and no in the hand written amout look at the O's.

Now I want you to look at the 0's in the date and the numerical amout.

Those were not even written by the same person. How many people really write their O and 0 with that much of a difference? Not to mention the thickness of the writing of the letter and number. It is clearly not even the same pen.

I suspect check 9997 really was written for the amount shown,and cashed, and check 9994 was written with Maggies name on it and never sent.

Also, why is there no name on the check in the upper left side like checks always have? I find that odd.

Also some retailers now have a service where you write a check and they run it through their machine, it scans it and they give it right back to you, with the word void printed on it, but only on the front. With this service, no one ever signs the back of that check.

In my lifetime, I have printed millions and millions of checks, and other legal documents. I did this for nearly 25 years. The check in the picture is two checks combined through photo shop or whatever.

Here is the check again. Look at what I was describing and you will see.

Damn..... I had been hearing reports behind the scenes of this, but had hoped that this was merely a case of wires getting crossed and miscommunication.

No, the Wise's are not going to be banned at the moment. It really wouldn't accomplish anything except as a "feel good" gesture, and I don't want to give them any excuse for not coming here to try to clear up this situation. Assuming that is possible to do.........

While this sort of thing obviously is enough to piss off the Pope, gnashing our teeth at them and cussing their names is certainly not going to accomplish anything. I would like to think it's all some sort of misunderstanding or mistake, but while hoping for the best, planning for the worst may be in order.

Has anyone met them in person? Are there any existing photographs of them? Do they own their own home or a business? In other words, are they REAL people using their REAL names? I believe it is notable that wisereptiles.com is now gone.
