    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Jeff and Christina Wise (Wise Reptiles) Stole Money from Benefit Auctions for Maggie

Not going to slam RTB.net, but that's unusual since I've seen them allow "Bad guy" BOIs and other negative press related to scams on the forums before. I don't really go there much anymore, so I don't know if the policy has changed.

Has anyone tried to PM an Admin and see what WOULD be allowed to be posted in reference to this story?
 
I'd be happy to help in any way I can, although I'm not sure what would be required of me to present information/evidence to a DA, it's not something I've ever done before.....

They don't allow bad guy posts over there.
I got issued warnings for posting about a bad deal.

The mods need to approve this posting. They haven't. They approved a friggin sea turtle reptile news posting that was after I submitted this one but not this info.

As much as it would be nice to go ahead and have one person doing all of the leg-work, I am pretty sure that we will individually have to file on our own. I will be starting with the local postal inspectors to have them direct me where to go.

John, call the District Attorneys Office and explain the situation at hand and he/she should be able to tell you what they would need from us.

Someone should prepare a YOUTUBE video listing all the animals they stole and the monies they stole and the intent of the community here and how they scammed a grieving widow and two grieving children ,plus what they did to Richard .Viral videos seem to make the most waves nowadays .
 
Before the media gets involved it would be best to have criminal charges filed first.

Doesn't matter. Sometimes it takes the media attention to get someone off their butt to pursue it. The larger the attention the more likely something criminal will be pushed.

The media needs to be notified. Look what the media has done to our hobby. They will tear into these two.

I am wondering, since they have animals in their posession, if a call to the ASPCA, HSUS, and god forbid, PETA would have any interest in them. Who knows, maybe even CPS would be interested from what they have posted. I dont know their personal state of living conditions but I cant imagine that its all tht great. I do remember them saying that they were breeding their rats in their bedroom though :ack2:

I just finished reading all 72 pages so far. I seldom post on here but have to say I am amazed and apalled at the low depths some people willingly sink to. Unfortunately, with the law being the law, those two lowlives will probably get away with a slap on the wrist and a "bad boy, bad girl" told to them. I hope not, though. I hope and pray they have the opportunity to experience first hand (and be on the receiving end of) what they have done to Maggie and her children.

Nothing either of them say or do will ever make this okay. And, it looks like they have no intention of even trying to fix what they have done and are still doing.

While I know there is a very special warm place for them when they are no longer in this world, I truly hope karma gives them everything they deserve in the here and now.
