Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I can't see straight from trying to read this whole thing and I am going to pass out right now, but I wanted to thank all of you who sent donations yesterday and today. I went and signed the girls up for camp. The donations covered the first session, THANK YOU AGAIN...........I don't have to sign them up for the second session until July so I'm feeling so relieved. Thank you again to all of you.

I found out today that I can't sue them because they didn't "steal" anything from me, but I will do whatever I can to help each of you file whatever you need to. Please let me know whatever you need, paypal records, etc. I will be doing more research tomorrow and will let you now. I was going to research jurisdiction tonight, but it took too long to read this thread!!!!

The funny thing is that as much as I've seen Jeff, and Christina viewing this whole thread I'd think they're enjoying the attention.

It's a well known fact that drug addicts that do the whole "Oh, I'll get help to make things better" thing are in their attention deprived tantrum state.

I'm pretty well convinced that these two may not have been caught up in the moment of need.

The last time I stole something out of desperation it was a loaf of bread to make my children sandwiches because we were dead broke. Not thousands of dollars to buy narcotics, and reptiles ( one hell of a combo if I may so myself. gives us herpers a good name don't you know... )

I guarantee they're getting a kick out of all this attention.

Don't you worry Maggie, they WILL be held accountable for what they did. I know myself and plenty of others are going to make their lives miserable!

Post it anywhere and everywhere. Pass it on to friends, family, neighbors, the mail man, your paper boy, hell call the cable company and complain of troubles and give it to the cable guy too.

Christina, remember when I told you at 9:30 this morning (well it's now yesterday morning) to mark my words? Well rest assured it has started and I will destroy your life as you know it. You screwed over my friend's widow, who just happens to be my friend as well and then you lie about her to try and cover your ass. Then you lie (yet again) to me and are now lying about me, again to try and cover your ass. You are a pathetic little girl who is going to learn a very hard lesson. DON'T MESS WITH DAND!!! And this isn't even including what the rest of the Fauna members here are and will do to you as well. You foolish little (term used figuratively) girl. I am going to enjoy this....:dgrin:

(note: I'd address Jeff too but it is apparent that Christina is the man of the family and since the money they both stole from Maggie and her children has been used up I can only guess he is in the corner jonesing for his next fix and can't come to the computer right now since his widdle knee hurts so much) :bawling:

I also tried "christina wise" and this thread came up as #10. "jeff wise" was not even on the radar.

Hope they are enjoying their 15 minutes of fame, as it's going to be a lot harder to sell any reptiles to anyone anywhere now.

Adding the proper tags like full names, location, business names including the lawn care business etc would enable the web crawlers to bump this thread up with the search engines.

I am so glad that the girls are going to camp, that must be a weight off your shoulders.

We all know you don't have the money in full right now, you don't need to talk to anyone and you don't need make any more excuses but the law is coming down on you and I would think if you were at least trying to make this right the law would go a little easier on you. You have Maggie's paypal address, send her whatever money you can come up with as down payment for the money due. 5453 is what you are showing and you paid her 1600. That leaves a balance of 3853. I don't know what the legal monthly interest rate is for taking out a loan but I would also suggest on paying interest. If you can only come with a few hundred dollars right now after pawning tvs and electronics then paypal it to her. Paypal keeps all records and you will have proof. Keep sending her weekly or twice a week payments as you get money. Do the same for Rick, so he can get his daughter's tombstone. I know you are lurking in the shadows and reading these posts. Pay whatever is in your power, for your sake, so when the law does come down on you ... you at least have an attempt to repay the debt and the law will probably go lighter on you.
 
there can be no law suit at all. the person that will have to file for internet fraud and theft of charitable funds would be the one that started the the auction idea/plan. as far as others that auctioned off or won them will be only as witnesses. this is how it works. when they go to court its going to turn out 1 of 3 ways. either they will get probation and have to pay the $ back in payments every month, the will get a split sentence meaning they will have up to 4 months in jail then get probation where they will have to pay it all back in payments every month, or they will have to pull a complete sentence and after the release they will not be required to pay anything at all. and as i know they are thinking yep i pull a few months and wont have to pay anything but not the case, you will have to pull years for this and since they have a record already they will get the max sentence which if i am not misstaken would be around 4 years.

the person who had the idea and started it was Christina Wise. She was the person who started it, so where does that leave us. We donated and bid on items for a specific purpose and it didn't go to that purpose. That is still illegal, solicitating funds under a false pretense, in the very minimum. I would think anyone who participated in the auctions or sent a charitable donation is able to press charges of some kind.

how can they 'go to court' if there is no lawsuit at all? This makes zero sense to me.
