Contacting your local police is a start but they may not even bother. Persist and if anyone does actually get them to pursue something please keep me updated as I will be going through all their pay-pal transactions and the auctions and one may be enough to pull the rest of us in. As we have shown here already over the past 2 days, we have strength in numbers and together we can accomplish more than the Wise's can ever handle.

Anyone.... OK, everyone that either donated an animal or won an action needs to start calling the not-so-wise's local police station daily. If they tell you there is nothing they can do call back the next day and ask if they have any more information yet and if there is anything they can do today.

If you feel like they are not being helpful ask to talk to someone above them. Whenever you talk to them keep a written record of what is said and who you are talking to. If you still feel that they are not taking it serious tell them so and ask for the contact information for the District Attorney or States Attorney.

Call your local police as well and get the ball rolling on them contacting the police in MI.

Let them know your not going away.....

Actually... I have a friend that is a cop.... and he suggests filing with your local PD and have them contact their PD

you are right but in order to go after the suit you have to pay a lawyer. in the long run the lawyer is going to cost more then you will ever get from them. by fed law garnisments can take no more than 33% or a paycheck. by law the persons gettign sued dont have to pay no more than 10k on your lawyer when you win the suit. also the suit will slow if not completely stop the criminal charges

You dont have to have an atty to sue. I wasnt planning on suing them as you are right, you cant get blood from a turnip and my contribution was less than 1000.00. However, they did not slander me yet so I was directing this toward Maggie who they did in fact damage.

i understand that, my point was it would be a waste of her $ to try to file one and of time to keep contacting lawyers. if they had something to sue for then yes she could file but what i am just saying if they have nothing so no lawyer will take the case.

i didnt know anything about the auction, dont even know 99% of the people thats posting on here about this. i am just someone that cares about people and dont like to see people treated this way. i have been up 2 days straight since i found out about this trying to run every option to try to help. had no sleep at all so if i come off as a i am sorry. i'm just trying to help get Maggie her $ and put those pricks behind bars. i have been to school for this so i am trying everyway i can to help

I've sent in my IC3 complaint, and will be in touch with the local PD tomorrow. Shawn used to have breakfast with several of them in the mornings, and they remain good friends so hopefully this part'll be a cakewalk.

The paperwork from CPS here in WV is being sent over to Michigan. If enough people complain, they have to look into it. I haven't spoken to my mother in years, and that chat was uncomfortable but it shows how angry I am.

Like I posted earlier, going to your local Police may be difficult. It is what can get this ball rolling but may take too much time. These two do not deserve to be free any longer then necessary. It's my hope to have as much information as I can have do I can present it and make my complaint in person to their local Police. I'm not a patient man when it comes to allowing ilk like this to breathe free air.

As for the concern of children, is there anyone who actually thinks they won't be better off away from these two sociopaths? Does the following not sound like a carbon copy if any of you were asked to describe the Wises?

Yeah guys, don't allow yourselves to get infractions or get banned due to these two. If I can restrain myself enough not to cross the line then I expect everyone else should be able to as well. And believe me you it is not an easy task and I have deleted probably three times as many posts before hitting "submit reply" then I have posted here. So don't give them the satisfaction to see BANNED under your name.
