I have a pdf printout of this thread from this morning, showing my picture attached. Are we really so petty? And by "we" I mean you, Rich? SO many times when, say a name was misspelled in a title or something else could be changed or taken out and we're told once it's there it stays, but then you can pick and choose what is edited out if it's a site you don't happen to care for because they outed you for some behavior that cast a negative light on this hobby that is already under fire?

I sent you a PM when I edited out your attachment. Please take this discussion there instead of trying to derail this thread.

I'm not exactly sure what people are talking about here. I received a phone call from someone that a post was deleted. I have family and friends over for this Holiday weekend and probably will not be back on to late Monday. I promised my family that all business and online activity would be kept to a minimum and enjoy some time with them and friends, so I'm not going to take much time here.

Posts aren't deleted in the BOI unless they violate a site rule. Agree with it or not sidestepping a filter that Rich put into place is a violation. It is fine to disagree with it but you will not do it in this thread and you don't have the luxury of deciding where things should go. From what I understand the post was made knowing that there was a filter. One could have simply asked Rich if he would allow it instead of telling him you don't care what he thinks and you are going to bypass him. I believe he would have answered any requests that were asked of him directly. Instead of just making a post attacking why the site doesn't allow something.

Anyway, that is my understanding without knowing much about what's going on. This thread is very important and I will not let it get sidetracked to other discussions. There is a feedback section if anyone chooses but please be mindful of the rules posted at the top of that section.

Thanks and remember all those who gave everything on this Holiday.

One further comment - attachments can be disallowed (and thus, removed) without entering the post to modify it. Hopefully that clarifies the matter enough to halt further discussion of it IN THIS THREAD. If I am NOT on track with your thought process, I apologize. I think what you are referring to is that we want this thread to be professional simply because 1) the whole world is reading this thread, media, law enforcement, non-Fauna members. It would be best to view us in a different light than they already do, crazed animal-hoarding sickos.
2) What the Wise's did was horrendous, but what they did was not in the BOI. The BOI represents us as a whole and in here, we judge situations as well as people based on how they act. There are some VERY reputable people that I wouldnt buy dirt from simply because of the way they treat their customers.
3) We arent saying be "nice". We are saying act professional and conduct yourself that would reflect positively on yourself as well as Fauna.

Just my opinions.

Wow my first day back and this??I read about 40 pages in..I cant believe this....I just cant believe how desperate people are getting these days..Also sounds like a child endangerment situation if the dude is poppin pills..I just got un banned..This is the worst thing I could have seen...Hopfully these people can be banned for doing somthing very very bad...

James, welcome back and stick around for a little while. Also, from what I last heard, they are NOT banned but the BOI is the ONLY thing that they can access. Its not like they will ever access this site for anything ever again, let alone any other reptile enthusiast avenue.

Yea most forums but this one has Banned them. Mr.Jas did so on my forum to keep them from trying to do any more scams. Considering only post Christina made on my forum was heres my email for donations to the Kimmel's. Which i edited out the email.

Honestly, I NEVER understood why she was running auctions for Chuck to begin with and thats why I had my early suspicions. To be honest, I could NEVER see Chuck associating with the likes of the Wise's as they didnt seem like his cup of tea, so to speak. I couldnt fathom that they would have anything in common with him either, unless Chuck was in the chat room and met them there. I could be wrong, but somehow, I dont see it.

I have been in the works all day talking with DAND FRAGGING DRAGON AND POLASIAN trying to sort it out for john to meet dand with the the albinos and the hets along with the cresteds. To be put torward maggies funds this fell through and I cant ship through SYR so I was told to ask what you guys thought I should do how to resolve this so the animals could be sold and funds gone to maggie.
