    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

During winter time this year, I originally made a " trade" for one of my retics in which I was asking $500.00 for the snake.was her for an adult columbian boa and a dumerils adult.well, i had to pay my buddy( due to me being a deployed soldier) to ship her out.it was an hour drive there and back plus hassle of packing and shipping.shipping alone cost me 180.00.I held my end of the deal,like always.After he received her, all of the sudden due to some" local law" he was unable to ship his two snakes to me due to the fact they needed veterinary inspections, blood work and something else.I happen to find this pretty bogus, but i didnt know the West Virginia laws, or the local laws of his city.However , he all the sudden had to leave town due to a death in the family and issues over what she left behind( apparently is still there trying to sort it out several months later), so I have been allegedly talking to his wife about it, and "she" sent me 100.00 on the snake, since they werent able to ship the snakes he had promised and said she would send more once he got back home.All of the sudden.They apparently( I saw they due to me dealing with him and his wife) cant afford to send me any money and cant ship the snakes, however, had said someone was supposed to( some animal group, dont remember who) was going to take care of the vet bills and ship my retic back to me.this has been over a month now.So I am short one snake and under 80.00 for shipping my retic out.I am still deployed and am still getting the run-a-round on this whole situation because his wife is still waiting on him to get back home and she only gets a little money here and there for babysitting.how they pay bills, i dont know.since he has been out of town dealing with the death in the family and everything left behind, he cannot be working, she only babysits a little, and they do have several snakes, most have been posted on here...oh, another note, he had one a friend gave him, a CA het albino or something, sheasked if i wanted it, or she could sell it and send the money from it to me.nothing happened....I guess i have learned a lesson to not involve myself in trades,even though i will be glad to hold up my end of the bargain, others not so much...any advice on this situation would be helpful, but i think im pretty much just going to have to count my loss on this one.my name is joshua dickerson by the way---good guy
 
i deleted them.i know, bad move on my end, but i was at the point of giving up on the situation...i can post the incoming ones as i have written them back.

What do you have misfit?I have other emails now, from him and his wife.was odd though, since the deal went sour he was all oc the sudden out of town so I had to talk to her.then one day after being mad and said I wanted him to write me, all of the sudden he got online.I'm at the point where I just have to count my loss on this one.don't know what else to do.hopefully he gets what he deserves

I had no idea what he did until I found your BOI posting earlier today, and I am very very sorry for all that you have gone through with this. Believe me, I had absolutely no idea what was done. The retic that you sent is here in my home right now. If you could, would you mind sending me anything you have gotten from him regarding this so that I know exactly what he told you? I think maybe we should compare notes so to speak. I also believe that he has tried to sell her to someone else as well so that he could pay bills (which he doesn't so...) I have a feeling that the more I dig into his dealings on here, the more I'm going to find as he has 2 others here (a yellow-head was purchased by someone in ND and has NOT been shipped but I have been unable to find out who that is yet. I will back you 100% with this and do whatever I can to help you...just do me a favor? don't let him get away with this please? he's done this before and always skates by only for us (his family) to find out later and then try to clean up the mess. I have no funds whatsoever to send your snake back to you but will find a way to make this right somehow.

well,we made the snake deal back in like january man.its almost the end of June.ive talked to your wife many times instead of you which I should be.we need to get this over with.im frustrated,I'm still out $80.00 on the whole thing.i need the money for the retic.i have been very very calm and nice,but shit man, this just isn't good business at all.i managed to get her shipped while I was deployed.not sure what the shipping issue was on your end, the veterinary thing or whatever, but nothing ever came of that or the owed money.i received a tiny bit for the amount of $100.00 and that's it.i paid almost a grand for her and selling/trading her for almost nothing.lets do whatever it takes and finish this.

i will be on for a little bit.im trying to go through all these friggin emails.if im off before you get back to me ill try to see if i can get back on later.i dont get many chances to get online.people in nc. are still rebuilding from the hurricane last september so i dont always have access.im very sorry for the way all of this has worked out.donna told me that she was gonna send her back to you but you are going to be moving so you really didnt want her back.i thnk she said you guys worked out a price for her and that she was gonna take care of it.she has a few people looking at some of the other snakes and she was gonna let me know.again im sorry and please apologize to your wife for me to.i never thought things were gonna get this bad.

One guy is looking into a big enough cage for one of the males.he said he would call me soon and let me know.i think he said it would be his first snake.someone else is bringing his wife back this weekend I guess to see if she will ok it or not. Thanks Donna

this is all that i have as of now.sorry i deleted everything.all i know is that allegedly his grandmother died, he had alot of issues, wound up having to stay there for a long time to dispute an inheritance or something, that the wife would send me what money she could from babysitting and that jeremy hadnt got back yet.that the local laws in west virginia would not allow him to ship the two original snakes for the trade ( a 7 foot female columbia boa and an adult dumerils boa) due to them needing bloodwork and things of that nature and he couldnt afford it.then offered me some kind of central american boa( this coming from the "wife" as she didnt know what exactly it was or was worth and that she was trying to sell it and give me the money if i didnt want the snake----now how would that one get shipped due to the veterinary thing?hmmm?) and that he has others he is trying to sell and have people interested, yet no one is has bought any yet...well, this is it for now, sorry all the old emails are gone.
 
That's fine..you have done more than enough...this is all bullsh&T..NOONE died in NC and we dont live in West Virginia, we live in waynesboro, Virginia. He is full of sh&T and this is now not only fd up to you but as his fiancee for 12 yrs it's pretty fd up from my end too considering i had nothin to do with this. That smartphone he is emailing you from is HIS fn phone! He's been here the whole time fn us both over and it ends now. If you want to press charges for theft or fraud, I will back you 100%. Please do so. If you get anything back from him or "Poseidon", please keep it and send me a copy if you wouildnt mind.
 
i sent him an invoice from paypal for the total amount originally asked for the snake,what he STILL owes me for shipping ( out of my pocket) plus i informed him from here on out i will be adding interest for the price of the snake( not amount including shipping) bi-weekly with every paypal request for payment i send him.i also informed him that if nothing happens that i will follow up with legal actions...here is the email below.

i have given you more than plenty of time to take care of this deal on your end, yet you have failed at this.i tried giving you a small deal since you were having problems, but now i want the full asking price that was originally stated plus i will be adding 15% interest bi-weekly until paid in full.right now you owe me a total amount of $480.00...original price for her was $400.00--shipping cost me $180.00 plus gas to and from ( from killeen to austin texas---an hour drive).i recieved a hundred dollars from you out of all this.i am still out of pocket $80.00 on the deal.i was kind enough to do my part, but i got nothing from you whatsoever but excuses and random reasons why you couldnt pay me.If you cannot pay me in a timely manner or respond properly, i will have no choice but to add on the interest and settle this in a legal manner.being military i do not pay anything for legal services, so it does not make a difference to me.on the 1st of the month your balance owed to me is a total of $540.00 unless paid before then.if you need to, take out a personal loan or get a pay advance or whatever needed to complete the transaction.
