    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Jeremy Pierce/Kansas

Well if the seller is truly guilty, he's better off not saying anything because right now the OP doesn't seem very reliable thus this BOI may have little impact. In fact, we don't even have any proof of who sent the snake, who received the snake, or anything else. We have a picture of a snake and that's it. It could have been sent by Jimmy Hoffa for all we know.

I'll try one last time to clear this up for those of you idiots that cannot seem to understand........First - Arizona Black Rattlesnakes are not protected - not in Az and not in Texas. So for the dumbass that ask if they were legal - STUPID QUESTION! You might want to pull your head out and find out what the law says before opening your mouth. Just sayin' - That was a stupid question.

I had a young pair of AZ Black Rattlesnakes. They typically sell for about 300-400 a sexed pair - not from a dealer who jacks that up - but from a collector. I had a fellow collector who wanted them. I agreed to trade them to him in exchange for one of several sexed pairs of snakes I wanted. He took the Az Blacks. He found an ad selling bullsnake morphs. He actually got me more then I expected because he purchased a xanthic male patternless and a patternless female. He made the deal with Jeremy. He paid Jeremy with a USPS money order. He was to receive the snakes as I worked on an air force base. Prior to the snakes being shipped, I retired so I was off on the day they were to arrive. I was at his house when the box was delivered. I opened the box and took out both bulls. The xanthic looked fine and was sexed as a male. I do not know how and/or am not secure popping snakes, thus he did it for me. Upon taking the "female bull" out, we saw mites as depicted in the photo I submitted. It was also sexed as a male with clearly hemipenes. I took both snakes home with me and accepted the trade. I took contact information on Jeremy as well. I isolated both snakes and treated them over a 10 day period with "Mite Off" from Zoo Med. Both snakes recovered and are doing fine. Feeding well. Shed and no issues as of this post.

I came here and posted under "Bad Guy" because there was really no option for anything else as far as I could see. I also stated very clearly that it is totally my fault for not getting in touch with Jeremy due to the loss of his email contact information. I have not called him any names or beat him up a lot like many do on here. I merely stated what happened and perhaps I was not clear in my initial post. I also am not asking for anything from Jeremy except that he make good on the female. I have sent him a pm here two weeks ago. As of this date - he has failed to reply or to come to this post and reply. Not much else I can do at this point unless or until he responds to me.

I fail to see why there would be any questions regarding this deal or what I have posted. If my previous posts were unclear - then I apologize and hope this clears it up.

I do appreciate you eventually clarifying your story, by the way, and I sincerely wish that account had been put into your first post instead of the disjointed series of posts which were at times self-refuting and led to some of the community questions (and your frustrations). I do not agree that the question or concern of legality was "stupid". Answering it allowed you to contribute a more complete story. A more complete story gives the readers better material with which they might later come to conclusions regarding the nature of the account if accepted.

I think some of you are actively trying to see the OP as someone who just made some innocent, bad choices of wording that led to multiple posts somehow being misunderstood. What I'm seeing from her is something entirely different.
 
What doesn't sit well with me is she claims to have just retired, to me that implies that she isn't a teenager. Yet she insults others and freaks out like one. I really think there is a lot more then meets the eye here. She makes reference to the way members and mods act in other threads so obviously she's read some, I find it hard to believe she didn't know that she needed a detailed explanation of what happened along with some sort of proof. The fact that she refuses to give up the name of the person who did the deal with Jeremy seems really fishy too.

For those that want to know the some of the shady in the Ms. Easley story. It is illegal to have snakes on military property. If she lives on the base, should would be punished for having them in her on base property.

Which means that if she worked or lived on the military base, she could get into some serous trouble for having reptiles.

Even though she tried for the nth time to explain this, it still comes off as being really shady.

How do you lose the email of a person that literally sent you a package?

For this to be remotely settle for me, they have to prove they even bought the animals from Mr. Pierce.

I just don't know why, but this is wrong on so many levels.

Do not return after your vacation. Questions left unanswered will make many people think twice about you.

Return and courteously answer questions. There is a lot yet to be discussed, o that folks who read this thread have clear answers.

Return and continue being abusive. You'll be banned again, and I bet many will think that you are not an innocent party, and should be avoided lest you behave in a similar manner toward them.

Based on what I have read pertaining to your attempted contributions to the knowledge base on this site, you aren't exactly a Mensa candidate yourself.... And your calling other people "stupid" is certainly not in good taste, nor something anyone "smart" would do when trying to prove their unsubstantiated points. So a word to the wise (if applicable), lay off the personally derogatory jabs at the very same people you came here to try to convince of your credibility in this matter. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to recognize that such a path will only lead to your own failure.

The OP stated that she worked on a military base. That does not mean that she lived on base. OP also stated that snakes were to be shipped somewhere other than her workplace. Although, according to her, she "retired" prior to the snakes being sent.
I just don't think that her having worked, on a military base, is any big deal if she did not have snakes sent to her work place and if she did/does not live on base.

That said, I do agree that the OP's "explanations" left/leave a lot to be desired.

The OP does not seem to be very forthcoming and the fact that she is so negative, at even the simplest of questions, can sure leave people "wondering" about her.
'Course, the insults, that the OP gave to members, etc., were unecessary and shows a certain level of immaturity.

From what has been posted, I can only take this thread/accusation with a grain of salt.
The OP has not even shown that the Bulls came from the accused. Proof could be, at the least end, as simple as showing the package label but the OP couldn't be bothered to do even that much.

Wow. Well, I was trying to keep an open mind, but being yelled at and called stupid is enough for me. OP is on my "never ever have any business with" list. There is no need to attack people like that - what on earth is the matter with you? That behavior would be unacceptable from a 5 year old, much less a grown person.

Sorry having full knee replacement and on a lot of painkillers. I was trying to point out that she could not have had them delivered to the base. I going to just stop posting until next June.

From his point of view, there may not be issues to resolve. Susan alleges mites and receiving two males instead of a male and female (no proof of the alleged gender issue, and pictures could easily have been taken).
However, she accepted the critters, took them with her and treated them, and did not initiate this complaint until a much later time.

Considering the escalation by Susan in terms of calling names whenever reasonable questions were asked, the lack of proof, the fact that her actual deal was not with Jeremy Pierce but with someone she refuses to even name, I think that there is not enough here to say that Jeremy Pierce is a Bad Guy, but there is ample and repeated proof of what to expect if one should choose to deal with her.
There is a possibility that she did in fact receive the pair she wanted, it is possible that this entire thread was cooked up to try to bully Jeremy into coughing up a refund or another snake.
