As they would say in law circles there's a lot of circumstantial evidence but not enough to convict, that's probably why both accounts are still active.

Ok lets address the "connections"

You guys say we have the same ip address.... If you look back to the post with the ip address (page 13 post 124) you will see, I myself thought that the ip addy I shared with him was one of the proxys I use at the work computer but its not. 3 different ips are listed for Jerry... 2 from fdcservers.net and 1 from Cellular South. The one that matches mine is cellular south, cell south is the largest cell phone company on the gulf coast. There based right here out of gulfport Mississippi. Anyone within reasonable distance of there main tower in gulfport while surfing the net on there phone would have that ip addy. All 3 of his ips are public ips, anyone could access them.

Either way, even if you still think Im Jerry.... If you read back in this thread Jerry asked everyone who sent out money to please cancel all checks. Funny thing is he asked everyone to do this before any allegations of him being a scammer or him and I being the same person was even broght up? Now if he was trying to scam some people why would he ask them to cancel checks at all? And for everyone who thinks Im Jerry and was trying to scam people if I were him I would see reason to say cancel the check after allegations of me and him being one in the same were brought up but not before???

As for the snakes he was selling Ive said numerous time if a mod (someone who I know wont harass my customers) would like the info on who I sold any snakes to they can PM me.... I got no PM's at all!

So to sum up things:

1. All his ip addys were public ones that anyone would access
2. Everyone says hes a scammer but he asked everyone to cancel checks publicly on this board before any alligations were brought up.
3. Hes a scammer that never took anyones money at all?

Hell even if I were him I still dont see how he has scammed anyone on here?


There I tried explaining best I could. Im sure you all will just look over all this and still say yea yea scammer scammer scammer but its cool. I (Michael Harshbarer) will still be here years from now. Ill still be in the hobby/business breeding new and exciting things weather you like it or not. If your trying to run me off.... well keep trying because its not working now and it wont work later.

I clearly explain in that pm and post that I was quoting what the post office told me. Isaac asked me to find his mo so I called the post office and got all the info I could. If you actually go back and read you will see that. People asked me to explain and I did but here you bring up more. Let me ask you people one thing. How do I need to prove I'm not jerry. Give me a way and I guarantee I will!! Until then I'm off this thread.

And I tried to explain to you that the post office doesn't go around checking mail boxes for return mail. If the flag is not up.. they dont stop.. therefore there is no way for the post office to know they need to pick up the envelope out of a mailbox at a vacant house. How is the flag going to raise itsself. SOMEONE (you) had to pick up the envelope and return it to the post office. The reason that you picked it up is because you are Jerry and you work in that area doing HVAC work. You know the house was vacant and had a for sale sign in the yard.

And in jerrys defence I think a scammer would sell the same snake over and over again don't you?

The thing that puzzles me is this; I have talked to both Jerry and Michael (responding to another ad Michael posted) on the phone and both of them called me back; one from a Woodstock, Il phone number (Jerry), and another from MS (Michael). They did not sound like the same person to me. Both of them seemed like very nice, knowledgeable people. So, if they are the same person (which I doubt) and they are scammers, they are very good ones. Anyway, here's the question that I think will answer everything: Other than me, how many other people did Jerry sell the bee to on this ad that sent him (or was going to send him) money for her? If no one else says he sold it to them as well as me, then there we go. If someone else was sold the same bee, well, I guess we know our answer...I'm VERY interested to see the answers to this.

OK how about this? Why would Jerry refuse local sales? With u being a flipper u should know local sales are always preferred over shipping.

Oh and two different voices dont mean crap, I can go from Towlie (South Park) to Meatwad (ATHF) in the same sentence. And im sure quite a few other people can change their voices to be unrecognizable. Ever heard of Robin Williams?

Here's a thought to ponder. In the movie Catfish (which is based on true events) a woman could change her voice and sound nothing like the other persona. In fact the guy had her do this when he had confronted her face to face about her deciet.

Hi all. I understand the worry and will try to ease your minds. The reason I dont do paypal is I just dont have an account and my friend said i could use his but only for small transactions as he is not "verified" and can only take out a small amount out of his account each month. After talking to a lot of people over email and phone it seems that everyone likes to use paypal so I am in the process of setting up one. I have even contacted people who have sent me funds and seemed worried about it and said they can put a stop to the check and wait until I set up paypal, they declined. I have a local coming to look at what I have left this weekend and after the hundreds of emails I just put the ad as sold. I cant take a hundred plus emails a day lol.... I am going to bed but will check back tomorrow night to answer anymore questions.

Well Michael/Jerry if you read that post it says he has a local coming that weekend it would sound like he was still in IL to me, but that meeting never happened because he/you were in Mississippi paying a couple girls (probably with scammed money) to take a pic with you while they kissed you on the cheek.

Shadera -- Can you elaborate on your thoughts on the female mystic that Michael is selling? That is the snake I was interested in when I started to really wonder about this guy. She looked familiar to me too but I can't place where I've seen her before.
