    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

JERRY DETWILER of CANOPY CREATIONS is a complete scam and con Artist. I inquired on a DH sunglow boa he had offered for sale. He sent photos and guaranteed me that it is 100% in good health and genetic. He then kept calling to see when we ere going to send him the funds. On March, 02, 2004 I sent him $1500 next day delivery with FedEx and he promised to call back with the shipping info. It's now March, 11, 2004 and I have not heard anything from him. I am furious with this guy and will not stand by and let him rip me off. His local police have been contacted and we are going through with charging him for mail fraud and anything else I could. I've got every document and proof of the Money order I sent and the FedEx receipt. I've Emailed and called him several times daily and still he has not replied to me. So he has left me with no choice but to proceed with charging him.
Anyone else has any experience with this Jerry? Or any advice would be greatly appreciated. I just went through a terrible fire that wiped out my collection and I'm trying my best to rebuild my collection back. The last thing I need is a crook/scam guy like this to come along and scams me!! Man I am MAD!!! Jerry Believe me! I will get to you! Even if I have to do it MY OWN WAY
P.S. We do not need guys like this in our hobby!! Also I can supply any info and proof about this deal that this idiot scammed me if anyone wants it.
 
Are a few bad guy posts about this guy here. You should always check the BOI man. I'm sorry you got screwed, but it sounds like you're doing everything you can to get your money back. Just keep after the cops and file complaints with as many people as possible. Keep us posted, $1500 is no joke.

He has ripped off a few people here with me being one of them.
Just enter his name on the search buttom at the bottom of the page to read more about this piece of "work". He still owes me $700 for a het sunglow he stole from me earlier this year.
