He's upset he's been called a thief? Somebody who takes something and never pays for it my definition of a thief. He admits he received a #1000 dollar lizard for a $100 dollar down payment. He admits he never paid the balance. Even Wal-mart needs a body for a guarantee exchange. No body was ever seen, so no proof said lizard isn't alive out there somewhere. Excuse me but sounds like a thief to me.

It's very likely that his diatribes were dual-purpose: Making himself feel tough via legal threats, and finding his way back into the spotlight. Maybe he misses the attention he was getting by having his very own Bad Guy thread at the top of the list. He's been around long enough to know that his emails would be publicly noted and bring his thread to the top again.

Based on his lack of willingness to engage those of us who have a more...direct nature, he seemingly chose a safer course to his attention fix, in privately harassing those who he perceives as being more likely to play nicely. If you wanna come out and play, Jerry, there's a whole forum full of people who'd probably love to resume the game. If you can only muster enough courage to fire off a few emails, it tells me one thing: You've got no balls, Tresser, no balls.

Even if the skink did die, Jerry never provided proof of the alleged death. Therefore, Jerry is S.O.L.
What makes this even worse is that, due to this "transaction", Jerry attacked Ben, with an unrelated matter (& without knowing what he was talking about), in an effort to hurt him. This done after he (Jerry) was already in the wrong. That was/is pretty low (to put it mildly).

I find it amazing considering the amount of BOI inquiries Mr.Tresser has started that he would have a issue with people stating there opinions in the BOI. I guess the opinions of your peers, based on the facts confirmed by both parties is only valued by Mr.Tresser when it's not his own character being judged. Just because truth might be hurtful doesn't make it slander. I suggest taking our your frustration on the person truly responsible & accept the fact you embarrassed yourself.

Yay! I'm somebody! I just got a long-winded two-part diatribe in my inbox, and apparently it's "Hardly a joke". It looks like we're gonna be dealt with. Shame he didn't decide to properly deal with his obligation to pay for his merchendise, as all of this could have been avoided.

I'll spare everyone the same, tired old rationalizations and references to the tragic aftermath of Ben's contest. Just thought I'd post a couple of excerpts to show everyone that we're in big trouble once he figures out everyone's addresses.

Lucille knows quite well that once we get the addresses and complete names of those who have slandered me as a thief, a scammer,perpetrating a fraud, a liar. or even went so far as to post that the skink is still alive somewhere in my facility will be dealt with...

I made one post before his email to me and I didn't contribute much of anything.

I did call him out in a return email about the lack of proof on the dead skink ... Jerry has been around long enough to know that proof is required for resolution. However, with Jerry being a long time customer of Ben's, had the situation been reversed I might have asked for enough money to be whole. There really seems to be more to this story than either party is saying. Regardless, when Jerry started posting with a completely unrelated topic, all thoughts of an easy resolution went out the window. I wouldn't have wanted any less for the skink than its sale price after that.

History repeats itself. This same scenario with Tresser acting like the boogeyman and threatening legal repercussions happened in the fruit fly thread.
The lady being threatened, Sandra, wrote a wonderful post there. Here it is:

Tresser is welcome, no ENCOURAGED, to visit a lawyer. Jerry, please, please, please go waste your money trying to sue me. PLEASE.

He needs to be taught about libel and slander because he has no clue what they are. He cannot sue me for anything I have said. His attempt at intimidation will not work. If anyone here is ever threatened by someone like him, don't fall for it. It is total BS. You cannot be sued for stating the truth or your opinion. You can only be sued if you purposely lie. For instance, I cannot be sued for stating that in my opinion someone is a jerk, unethical, a liar, etc...I can be sued for stating that I saw them eat kittens and rape babies. (unless they actually did those things and I can prove it.)

While he's at the lawyers office, he should give him/her copies of every one of our email correspondences and then ask him/her what breach of contract is. I"m sure the lawyer will explain to Jerry that contracts can be as simple as a note jotted down on a scrap of paper...or an email stating someone is going to send out replacement flies.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall when the lawyer explains to him what's really going on here and who is actually in a position to sue who.

It appears that Tresser isn't done with his oh-so-cowardly email campaign. If you're not privileged enough to be on the mailing list for his moronic and delusional ramblings, consider yourself lucky. Once he gets going, he doesn't seem to shut up. True to the form that we've come to expect from such a worthless individual, he clearly still has the same hard-on for savoring Ben's misfortunes. As if, somehow, Ben's problems negate Jerry's own choices. It was his own decisions that brought this thread about.

A couple of excerpts from the latest barrage of idiocy:

If Ben finds himself in a position where customers aren't receiving their snakes or refunds, and BOI threads are started, I have little doubt that those who read them will show just as much objectivity as they have in this one. Stop trying to project your own lack of integrity onto others.

I received another email from Tresser as well, it was long, but here is an excerpt:

Suing you in federal court is no longer an option I will pursue. His(Siegel) loss of business, his sickness, divorce, and several impending suits are enough for me to gleam over without wasting my funds to go after the likes of you... I am financially capable of making your lifer miserable. You are not worth the effort any longer...

Next time watch your words carefully before you decide to make it public as I will not be as gracious the second time around. JERRY TRESSER

Jerry, you are pathetic and ridiculous if you think you can threaten me or anyone else who voices their opinion of your less than ethical actions.
This is not the first thread where you unsuccessfully attempted to put the hush on folks, it failed in the fruit fly thread as well, remember.

I think you are the worst kind of bottom feeder for 'gleaming over' Ben's misfortunes. I like and respect Ben, and wish him the best.
As far as financial capabilities, you could not even pay in full for the lizard you took that started this thread, nuff said.

This is nothing new for mr. tresser. He's always thought he was 'better than' all us common folk.

I do think though that this is something more. I think age has addled him a bit, made him less able to think coherently, not as good at bullying as he used to be. Heck, when he was a cop bullying wasn't even a word, but I'm sure he exemplified it.

He's an OLD man now, washed up and losing his mental faculties.

mr. tresser, while your decline, mentally and not so much ethically, is most likely partially related to your advanced age, however, you have still shown a remarkable ability to screw yourself while totally removing any shred of respect anyone may have had for you that cannot be attributed to senility alone. You should pay the man for the skink and then slink away.
