    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hey Jerry if your reading this I have not read any of the e mial you ahve been bombing me with. I'm just fed up that is all. I'm just sick and tired of waiting for the money. I'm pretty sure you can pawn something to at least send me a money order or a little amount showing your willing to pay me back it has been a year and 7 month taht I have put up with this crap so I would like for oyu to send me some sort of payment within a week and that is it by Feb. 27th I expect soemthing or all form of communication will be cut form you I will not post on this topic again and I'll just do what I should of donw last year. that is all I'm giving you. till FEB 27....... so send me some money like 10 buck I don;t care just to show you would pay me back, but after you send that money you gotta remember keep sendign untile it is paid off but I will give you time. after you have shown taht you will pay me back. Words are just meanless promises..if you keep saying you will.

I have one question Winston. Since the period of time is in dispute, what exactly is he date on the money order receipt that you have? I'm personally finding the "year and seven months" a bit hard to swallow, but could be mistaken.

Your claim then, is that you payed for these ball pythons in the summer of 2000?
 
Winston, The only email I sent you since you posted on here , basically asked the same thing as my last post on here.I don't know what you mean by BOBMING. If 1 email is that , then so be it . I guess I did bomb you with my 1(one) email.
Once again I proved in my last post it HAS NOT  been 1 YEAR 7 MONTHS like you say. WHY would you order from in MAY of 2001 if I owed you snakes from 2000 THAT JUST DOESN'T MAKE SINCE AT ALL. Does ANYONE else agree?

This question is for Ken and EVERYONE else that reads this .His claim is 19 months ago which is around July of 2000, correct? Ok with that being said , what I'm wondering is WHY did he order from in MAY 2001 and pay for more snakes if I owed him from the previous year?

My guess is that Winston possibly did not know about prior "reported" problems with Jerry. I cannot say anything about such problems because my experience with Jerry has only been excellent. So I am not going to go that way.

What I would like to comment on is how people continuously use this board to bad mouth others and refuse to give their full names. It does make it appear as if they have something to hide, or as if there complaint is not a valid one. It seems the complaint in this case is even less valid in light of the fact that when John Apple asked why Winston only used his first name and said that seemed "fishy" - someone else, apparently an acquaintance of Winston answered that yes Winston is a real person with a valid gripe. Sure Winston's answers again, but once again with the name Winston and no more. I believe it was Neil G. who made the point about the spelling and grammar. I am no great speller and often screw up grammatically - but man oh man,  what college does Winston attend??? His slaughter of the English language makes me extremely hesitant to believe that he is in college, and would have made his whole claim less believable if not for Jerry actually posing and saying that yes indeed he owes Winston some money.  Isn't it common courtesy to really try to make yourself understandable if you are going to post for lots of other readers? Sure, I know my posts have not been perfect - but I do try. Pleeeeeeeeeeeease try too!
 
Believe it or not Glenn, it was Jerry that vouched for Winston and said he had a legit gripe. From what I've seen, Jerry has been trying to make things right, but there have been a few setbacks on the other side of the table- kinda hard for someone to give another person what they want when what's wanted keeps changing.

Also, I tend to not believe Winston's claim that it's been over a year and a half that Jerry has owed him. It just doesn't add up.

You know what I am going to have to day your stretching the truth here yourself a but. EVERY = ALL AND THAT JUST AIN'T TRUE DAVE. I have had a few bad post , but you take away the Joey Smith , Brttney Latil ,Mke Mastison,Joey Wrights and their fake names they used , and there was very few . Tubbs I have been reading bad post about you for over a year and the only excuse you have is that those people do not exist even on the herp auction it has been said that the good post you have there were from yourself or people that you basiclly paid to give you a good post (by giving them a price break). and as far as me having problems well I think that with out question it was proved that everything bad that was said was shown to be 1 person.Just pay the man the money you owe and get on with your life.

WOAH Jerry never paid me anything and I didn't want the snake anymore I just want the money back. Jerry stop making up rumors about me and how the #### are you able to afford to go to Tampa and do the show while not paying me back. and if anyone wants e mails that Jerry has send to me saying he will pay me back but never did just e mail me and I'll e mail you the conversation we had with no words edited. Yeah the year is 2000 and money order was on  July 20th  thursday because that is the same day I mailed out teh money order. I know because it was my birthday/allowence money. I tried to call couple times around the 25-27 no answer and no e mail written back.

      I for one vouched for Jerry many of times on here, and was in no way forced, or paid to do so.  Not even given a price break!  I've bought from Jerry before and have been very pleased with what I purchased.  In my book he's a great guy, and will do business with him in the future.
 
The one thing that I would like to see here is either Jerry or Winston show proof that the other one is lying about when this deal started. It should be easy for the one telling the truth to do.

I would like to see that as well Bobby. We can play this game of he said/he said until the cows come home, but it will be in the best interest of whomever has the solid proof to post it.

Even if you don't have a camera or scanner, you can go toKinko's, Speedy, or any other copy shop, and get the receipt, airbill, or what have you scanned to a floppy disk. The image can then be uploaded to a free image hosting site such as webshots, and a link to it posted here.

Winston- you claim to have a receipt? Well, here's a chance to silence those of us whho doubt the time frame. If proven wrong, I'll be one of the first to apologize.

Jerry, you say you have an airbill for the first shipment that you had sent to Winston? Here's your chance.

Like I said, I admitted to owing him , but he has changed his mind more than once, you can see that from his post on here . So I didn't know what to do , because I didn't know what he wanted.There are many more emails and phone calls where he wanted to do one thing , then another.
