    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Winston, I don't think you're a bad guy but your story does seem to change a lot. Since the time period was in question I believe you should have made sure you were correct before you kept saying that it had been since 2000. I do not believe from this thread alone that Jerry is a bad guy. That being said I believe that your offer for Jerry to send you even a small dollar amount to show that he is serious about paying you back is more than fair on your part. If Jerry does go to the show he should definately pay you most if not all of your money back then. I don't think there has to be a "bad guy" here and I hope you two can resolve this maturely.

   When it comes to dates? You need to read Winstons post about 2 up from your last one. Just a hypothetical question.....I'm not seriously offering this, but maybe somebody else would......FIRST off...Jerry, NOT WINSTON......what was the $215 for?  I'm assuming ball pythonS, not one snake like winston was saying.  

Now for the hypothetical question....If I, or somebody else were willing to send Winston $215 in the name of Jerry Tubbs, would we be able to accept the animals that Winston was originally supposed to get?  This would just be to absolutely CLOSE this case...Winston would get his money back, and Jerry would not have to deal with Winston anymore....both people are happy.  BUT, this also brings up the point that whoever offers this would have to put their faith in Jerry Tubbs.  Personally I do not have the $215 right now, but if I were to get it soon, I would actually consider doing it.  I believe that Jerry HAS been telling the truth (believe it or not) and feel that the guy just needs a chance to make good on his part of it.  Winston has now said that he wants the money, but Jerry has already stated that for some undisclosed (again understandable) reason, his assets have been frozen.  Therefore, I believe it to be true that Jerry MAY ONLY be able to make good with animals, not money, but since Winston no longer wants to wait, then maybe somebody should step up to the plate for him........Oh yeah.....I would give a deadline of April 30th for Jerry to make good on his end........if after that, then back to the good ole BOI we go........just a thought, it COULD straighten this whole mess out, and Jerry would essentially have 2 months to get either the refund or the animals.....or something equal that the martyr would be interested in.

Tom , Just prove where you got it , or did you make it up? I have not said ANYTHING  about going to the show. So how did you think it up ... I mean come up with your info??? Is it that big of a deal to tell me and everyone here why you said It looks like I'll be at the show ???Was it to start trouble? Was it to say you don't like me ? Was it to keep the thread going? What was the reason you said that , since you was the first to say it ?

Now is it because Winston got caught that he said Sorry about the date confusion ???I mean come on that's a WHOLE  year that he got confused about. Am I the only on that sounds funny too? Thanks  Jerry Tubbs
 
Hey Todd what you didn't know is he asked me for a dealien in Dec. for the deadline in Feb.15th and I agreed now he wants more deadline. if he does that I mind as well not see my money back because there is no qurantee taht whennthe time comes that Jerry will not ask for another deadline you know. he could keep dragging this thing on.  and as for 215 I know people might not have it right on hand but if I owe you money I would go pawn everything I can or sell my animals for dirt cheap(so I know it will move out the door) and get the money together to pay them back. or at least pay some of it to show that your willing to pay them back. he has not pay me one dime at all. I'm just sick and tire to waiting.... I just want some resolution to this.  I have been fair and giving him till Feb. 15th. but I am just so tired of waiting on empty promises so I'll pursue the legal rout. mail fraud and civil suit.

Winston, That's what I mean about you man. Before you posted in here you said send the payments , I said ok because you was for sure this time. Then you posted on here , and then emailed me again about sending the payments. I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU WANT . So let's make this simple , If you want to go to court , then let's go. If you want payments, then ok. If you want to wait til sprng on the balls like you said before, then fine too, BUT in your next post tell ME what you want to do for SURE  this time. And we will go that way and if you will andcan be sure of it , then so can I .       JUST LET ME KNOW ...........

Well I'm gonna go with the advice of Neil on this and lay it out on the line.But before I do let me say this , it is taking me ALOT of ba_s to say this ,so I DON'T  need to here everyones BS. OK here goes

To answer the  undisclosed (again understandable) reason that Todd has talked about ,I am currently in BANKRUPTCY.I have been going through the courts and bankruptcy lawyers for  about 3 months now. After WINSTON  told me he wanted to wait, then didn't want to wait til spring and he wanted a lump sum , he didn't want payments at first , I told him I would cancel the deal and he appoligized and wanted to wait til spring( you all get the picture) Well at the time back around DEC . when he finally decided to want a refund and didn't want payments then , he wanted a lump sum. I told him I did not have it , but didn't tell him what  was gong on. I thought as my attorneys did that everything would be over in Feb. that's why he got the email to wait untill  Feb to get the whole amount. Well it is not over yet and I told him that my "problems" was not over yet (I did mention in the next email to him about the bankruptcy) and how easily I could have filed against the money I owed him , BUT I did NOT . That's when he started saying he wanted the payments and we agreed for me to send payments and then he posted on here. That's why I said I still don't believe he knows for sure what he wants. But lke I said if he will tell me for sure then we wll go that way.But take in account, the same day he wanted payments he posted on here so to me I still didn't know what he wanted to do.So there it is , I have NOTHING to hide from you all now , it is all out in the open. Thanks Todd for your post and Neil for what you told me to do. I feel better with it off my chest on to why I couldn't pay him all at once . Like I said before I don't need to hear your alls BS about this . And just so you all know, the snakes didn't run me into bankruptcy ,i t was some personal problems that most of you know about , but it doesn't need to be brought up . I didn't ask you to feel for me or my family , I just was stating that "personal" problems ran me into it and  feel NO need to discuss it further.

I don't have a problem with you ,but you make me think you have one wth me .It really doesn't matter though.You keep trying to compare me to people like Jesse Underhill,Joey Smith and Brittney Latil(the dynamic duo and the ones who made the majority of the bad post with fake names about me ),Joey Wright, Mike Mastison, Fred Tribbet,and the others that have really screwed people and dissappeared and plain out told them(the people they screwed) they would NOT or are NOT going to pay them back.You know at least I am willing to TRY if and when I can, but going through what I have been going through the past few months , it has made it hard.But IF  they would take payments (and it may not be much) I would try and pay it back.I just don't have it all in cash right now.
You say over the past 2 years I've screwed so many people , well in the past 2 years I have had a few bad deals (the total being 7) BUT I also have many many good deals and when people posted them , I got jumped on anyways. So I am darned if I do and darned if I don't.
Now out of those 7 deals that were not good, 3 of them were from people saying the snakes was sick or had something wrong with them , so they were sent a replacement or a refund.They were happy after that .The other 3 were worked out . They are happy now. And the only problem I'm having here now is with Winston.  
It's just like on this thread you and Dave and Winston are the only ones really saying anything bad ,but there are over 60 posts , so does that mean I have 60 bad guy post now ?No it doesn't,it just means alot of people gave their opinion.Same thing on the old board and that's where people IMHO get I had that many bad deals. BUT if the old board is able to ever come back ,then you can count the actual post and see there is very few (6)that people who have actually dealt with me say we had a bad deal, but there is ALOT of replies and opinion on those post. Also you can count the good post from people that have actually dealt with me and you wll found 2 things NO.1 being they are a ALOT of good guy post(not replies)but actaul post of people that have actually dealt with me AND NO2. , there is alot of people that even tryed to make them into bad post (i remind you they never dealt with me) by using fake emails from the above names I have mentioned.
Now Dave seems to keep dwelling on the herpauction rating(I have the highest one by far) I don't know if it's jelousy or if he has a grudge because I sold bp's last year cheaper than he did or if he is mad because he has to pull his snakes off the herpauction ,because he couldn't sell them when I was selling mineor if he's mad because Winston bought from me , or what the deal is about that , but one thing will answer the validity of those comments and that is all of them have emails so just email them and ask them if they have actually bought from me and as Dave said once before , you can check the ISP........ That will solve that.
Well I got way off topic , but it is a response to some of the post on this topic.

And Tom. I'm not tryng to start crap with you , but you are the one who said I was going to the show and NOBODY would know that besides me and I know for a fact that I have not told you.Right now I don't even have enough funds to go to the show right here in my state , let alone 1200 miles away.Well thanks for listening to all this and maybe ,just maybe it might have answered some questions to some thoughts????Thanks Jerry Tubbs

    As far as you claiming Jerry to have asked me to post in his defense is not correct.  Though I consider Jerry to be a good friend and we have talked countless number of times, I have not spoken with him at any point through this nor have I spoken with him for about 2-3 weeks, due to me being busy and him not being online as much as he used to.  Im not going to let you come here and try to make him look like a completely bad guy when you know as well as I, he's not out to screw you.  Friends stick up for friends, thats the way life goes.  Believe what you want but you know #### well Jerry will make it right.  People like you are always quick to light the match and start a fire before you give any consideration into the situation at hand.  You might want to think before you speak, it'll save you a world of §hit.

I'll answer your questions  Dave  there is NO money to pay for the next or ANY shipment of snakes right now.However I did pay for a couple things last year to save money this year and they will be in around the end of March or so.I have NO snakes at this time . Your questions are answered Dave .. But now how do you know what I do and don't have ?
