    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

your right I guess it could have been a little more direct but I thought the part about the language being enough to run you off would have sufficed. As far as when I said I would have given him the benifit of the doubt is because not everyone is going to be happy with someones service. Take Jeff Rhonne for example (I don't him, never talked to him, I have emailed him once on one of his female suri's) but if you check some the posts and I didn't read through them all but there were a few that said his customer service was lacking. I haven't got a response back but I also have not persued that avenue at the same time. And then there are other sites I have flipped through where everyone praises him. Does that mean if in the future if he has something I really trully have got to have that I would not deal with him, no. I probably will not bother emailing first about it though. Part of the reason I even came to this site is because I am just getting into the buying from a breeder instead of a petshop, don't get me wrong I've going to the same lps since he opened a couple of years ago cause his rodents are of better quality than anyone elses close to where I live. So basically to sum up if I see a customer service complaint I don't pay as much attention to it ( as long as the rebutle is not as some of his have been) because of where I work we get the dumbest complaints trying to get money back for a rental. but enough rambling on my part. wanna suggest some people for suri's? :)

That makes sense, and i can agree. Some people just dont like other people, and thats 100% understandable. Be it the way they type, answer emails, or what have you, but that dosnt make them BAD to do business with. :thumbsup:
