• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Jessee Fricker AKA tail shaker (BAD?)

Well I was contacted by another victim of Jesse's ( they will post about it soon). Can we do some house cleaning around here? Can we ban them from posting since we are now just getting a lot of cussing from Jesse now any way? He has over 2000 warning points. Of course we know he will use another name to come back so it may take banning the IP address, and I'm sure he won't go that easily, he'll probably use a friends PC just to come on and harrass.

Folks it's been brought to my attention how I've been acting. I just want to apologize to anyone that I may have offended. I am a nice guy and am still upset at the way I was treated when I made my first purchase online. I guess I was venting in the above posts because in my opinion Jesse should have been banned from any posting or selling on here until he fixed things with me. Now he has scammed another person on this board. This time for two Cresteds.

Not trying to slam you, or excuse Jesse of his thieving ways, but it was brought up some time back that if you kept up with the way you were going, it may have a bad outcome. It may have turned out a little different had you backed off a little sooner. :shrug01: Just an outsiders view on things.

It's truly sad that you got taken on your very first online purchase, I just hope you have learned from it, and consult the BOI in the future before making another purchase. I hope you see this as a learning lesson, and don't decide to just "not buy online". There are just as many good guys out there, as there are bad guys. Probably more good guys actually.


Sorry again you got taken. I'm sure the next time will be different.

Jerry, those aren't the same geckos he sold to you, and now he's ripping someone else off with, are they?
