I'm starting this BOI thread on myself because their seem to be to much confusion as to who I am. People seem to think that my brother and I are the same, but he is banned from here for disruptive post, so I can only speak for myself. There seems to be a group of people who don't like me for whatever reasons, and they think it means something to be passing around my "criminal" record. So I will speak on that first.

1. The charges of assualt, yep they are mine, no shame in my game. My sister's ex-boyfriend was stealing from her. I witnessed the first time and beat the crap out of him, that's the first charge. The second charge came when my sister caught him stealing her gold necklace. Even though my sisters are older than me, being the only "man" in the house, I felt as if I had to protect them. Sorry, that's just how I was raised.

2. Every single charge of theft, burgalry and all the other crap came from a moron that I was in a group home with. He thought it funny to use my name and it took me years to get that crap cleared away. I found out about all of it when I went to apply for a job in Loss Prevention, as that has always been my dream occupation. I disputed the information and charges in my backround through a company named ChoicePoint, who inturn did an investigation with the help of my state police. They found that the information was inaccurate. Today I still do Loss Prevention, and for one of the largest security companies in the good 'ol USA. In order to get my job I had to be fingerprinted and have both a state and local backround check. Trust me with charges like those, if they were accurate, anyone who has ever worked in security or loss prevention will tell you I would not have my job.

Now looking at the "criminal" record being passed around any literate person would be able to see and read that EVERYTHING I have ever been charged/falsely charged with was withdrawn or dismissed. Now, the people passing this info around are people who at one time or another, I've called out on their BS on the BOI. Either it was for sending me a mite infested snake, or sending someone a mite infested snake who also had a prolasped rectum, or sending me a snake with horrible RI and then getting mad at me because I won't send the snake back so that they themselves can inject it with baytril, thereby not taking part in a highly illegal activity because it's a felony in the state of PA to practice veterinary medicine with out a license, or whatever crap. Now I have dealt with and met many member here on fauna, and not one of them has ever had a problem with any snake I have sent them or given to them. And that list includes but is not limited to: Greg Beaton, Greg Bryant, Matt Miller, Luke Martin, Chris Burns, Robert Kavanagh, Gus lowe, Adam Tawfeek, and a couple others. The vast majority of them have graced my home with their presence and know my setup and how I keep and love my snakes. Several of them own my snakes and from what I'm told, love them. So make your own decision and don't let what others vindictively write or post sway your judgement. I am a man who will never let my past define or determine my present or future. I stand by my word and snakes, as the people who know me will tell you.

Here's an example of a person who just doesn't like me because I called them on their BS. Andrew Blesh AKA ERnurse. He's mad at me because I took back my snake that I gave him as a gift. Just last month he posted this http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=238350 now according to him I'm all kinds of names. A couple days before the April 30th Hamburg show Andrew posted the snake that I have given to him as a gift for sale. His asking price.....350.00. I got a text message from a friend with the link to the ad, and called Andrew immediately. I asked him if the price in the ad was a typo, he told me no. I then told Andrew that if he no longer wanted the snake or could no longer care for it to just give it back to me. I told him that if anyone was losing anything it was me because I felt for him when I couldn't go through with our trade, as I was kind of short on cage space. Andrew already had the snake in his posession even when I didn't have the snakes we agreed to in the trade. I didn't want Andrew to have to drive all the way back to my home, so I just let him have the snake. Andrew told me that he could keep the snake but he still agreed to the arrangement. He then took the ad down. Friday night which was April 29th a member here at fauna texted me asking if I wanted to go to the Hamburg show. I told him alright as long as I could bring my 6 year old son, as he was spending the weekend with me. We get to Hamburg and what do I see, Andrew had broke his word and our agreement and was selling the snake for 350. I wont' lie, I was furious. I told Andrew that if I didn't have my son with me I'd be acting like a fool. I asked Andrew to just give me my snake back as per our agreement. He did, and with her came all these text messages apologizing for everything. Now all of a sudden he's mad, running around calling me names and talking about me, and this is even before all this backround crap. He stated to Matt Miller that the only reason he posted that crap in my clasified ad was because he was having a bad day at work and that he was doing it to get back at me. WOW.....This is how he treats someone who looked out for him. I gifted that animal to him out of my own pockets, but yet and still he choose to stab me in the back.

You should edit the profanity out of attached messages and/or quoted statements - you are responsible for the content of your posts.

You and Angel seem to have quite the following...too often when you (collective) start posting ads, it turns into a circus - people get infractions, somebody gets banned, and I get multiple PMs. At times, though, you seem to bring it on yourself...take the recent situation, for example.
You advertised a paradox blonde tiger. There was some dispute about genetics, with at least one member stating that the breeder had informed him it was a het. You also posted conflicting information - the paperwork from the breeder, which indicated it was a blonde; and the the following: The only reason I'm trading/selling it is because of it's genetics, as I don't want to produce a lot of possible het blonde snakes, If the snake is in fact a het. As told to me by both Bob Clark and Jeff Byers, because the snake is this highly paradox, they don't know if it is in fact a visual blond tiger or a het blond tiger.. You later stated that Bob Clark had told you he would stand behind the genetics as stated on the paperwork....yet you never posted proof of that, even though you were specifically asked.
The problem with that was that you were not so upfront in every version of the ad - and every time somebody brought up the genetics, you defaulted to the paperwork...but you didn't acknowledge the statement quoted above. In case you don't understand - that is easily interpreted as being less than honest, if not flat out lying, about the genetics of the snake.

The reason I didn't post or couldn't post what Bob had stated was because it was told to both me a Matt Miller on the phone. The reason I kept going to the paperwork was because I didn't name the snake, Bob did. I in no way misrepresented that snake, and when asked about the snakes genetics, I gave a truthful account of what I was told. And as I stated before, if so many people had a problem with the name of the snake, then they should call Bob and ask him why he name the snake a blonde tiger paradox when even he doesn't know if its a visual or a het

Here's a prime example. Here we have Bob, all in one breath, stating the name of the animal and what he thinks it is. Jeff Byers is the one who told me that him and Bob don't know if it's a het or a visual. And it seems like I'm catching all the flack because of Bob's mess up. That's why I told people to call him and ask him why he named it that. But it seems that people are to scared to do that, so they seem intent on giving me the crap

And, when ERnurse claimed to have spoken to Bob, and been told that the snake was a het - all you did was deny it and refer to the paperwork....so how does that help your case? YOU are the one selling the snake. YOU provided a message stream that showed that Bob new exactly which snake you were referring to...so why couldn't YOU have asked him to confirm his guarantee. Not exactly rocket science, from where I'm sitting

In that last message, after he said that it is a paradox blond...he said it is for sure het blond.
I'm not blaming you for the confusion, as Bob's own statement is ambiguous - but YOU are the one with the snake in your possession. YOU are the one trying to sell it. YOU are the one that should be getting confirmation of what it is...or, if Bob can't say one way or the other, get the statement that he will back the paperwork he provided.
Heck, at least be forthright about the issue - don't hide the fact that even the breeder isn't sure whether it is a het or a visual. Repeatedly disputing that statement, and stating that the paperwork says this, so this is what it has to be is why people kept posting. Do you really not understand that?

That animal was mine to do with what I pleased. You admitted you gave it to me. I allowed you to STEAL it from our table because I was a guest at my friend Rod's table. I wasn't about to drop to your level and create a scene which would have possibly caused Rod and myself to be banned from the show or arrested. Yes, Rodney was angry, but he in no way physically threatened you. I'm sure you wouldn't have been at all happy with someone taking something off of your vendors table without paying for it. You see Jesus, unlike you I have a professional license I am a Registered nurse. I refuse to allow you to compromise my professionalism or antagonize me into a physical confrontation. I have never used profanity or vulgarity in any of my responses to you. I have never threatened you with physical harm. What you are leaving out are all of the profane vulgarities such as I should suck the male organ of my wife!? That says a lot for your character or lack there of. You also have a criminal record that involves terroristic threats, assault, and DUI. From meeting you and seeing you in action I can understand why. Yes some of the charges were dismissed but some were not such as the assault and the terroristic threats. If you are going to try to make me look bad you should be careful of what people may find out about you. You are a menace to the reptile community, this site, facebook, and many other forums. Don't you have anything better to do? In my opinion you have nothing positive to contribute to society. The only reason I jumped in on your thread to sell or trade the paradox or whatever it truly is is because you have mis-represented it. I can not just sit back and watch someone get ripped off. The facts are while the animal was in my possession it displayed head movement that was not normal. While feeding it would strike backwards and miss prey items. It held it's head canted and usually only crawled to the left in a large circular pattern. I'm not trying to officially diagnose it because im obviously not a vet. However I am very educated in biology. Enough to recognize abnormalities that were as obvious as they were. Also I spoke with Bob Clark who said the only thing he could guarantee was that the animal came from a blonde breeding. Only guaranteeing it was a het. You admitted that in a previous thread that you removed. That's shady. I am only stating facts. Just remember one thing in the end when many people jump on this thread with negative comments about you, you were the person that started the thread. And PS leave my wife out of this. What does she have to do with it.

And its not just one person either, its multiple people. Why cant people just be honest, ethical and true??

All this is starting to go way beyond, this "blonde paradox" whatever. Its becoming much deeper. Some people are truly disturbed and need to get out of this hobby and get some serious help

Well said, we are a small group that is constantly chastised by the general public for our love of reptiles. We should be spending our time trying to promote and defend our hobby or business. Not degrading one another or deceiving, or insulting each others significant others. I just feel that this person has harassed insulted, or threatened so many people that someone has to say enough. either act like a human being or get off of public forums etc.

Rob that snake was mine period. He gave it to me. I was selling it to re-coupe the gas money that I used delivering the paradox and buy other animals at the show. I wanted to sell it not mark some ridiculously high price on it and watch it sit on the table. It sat there all day at $350 without anyone even asking a question about it. I don't see how that decreases my credibility.

"market value" is whatever the seller and buyer come to terms with buying that product or item

When you are given somethimg as agift, told not to sell it or give it back instead, and then turn around and try to sell it at a price thats significantly less than the person who gave them to you is asking, it is certainly not a worthless term. Using a wrongful sale to crash the sellers market is bad business and ethics any way you cut it.

thats all I said. if one gets something for free and then sells it at ANY PRICE, i agree that is wrong. but there is no "market value" on that animal. Selling it (or was offering to sell it) for way less than was "originally" bought for is not selling below "market value" it is simply tryin to make money off of a free animal for less than it had been purchased for.

so, my point is that, yes it was an animal that was bought (probably at a decently high price). that animal has been bought and sold and given away at least 3 or 4 times that i can tell and that has been made public (dont know whats wrong with a great animal like that, that nobody wants to keep). this time in question the animal was given to a person from another person and the first person was trying to sell it after getting it for free and other people having to pay for it. is that cool ? well i definately see everybody's point that its not. however, the term sold 1/8 below "market value" means nothing. maybe it was being sold for 1/8 the PRICE that the animal was originally at.

let me know if i have anything wrong in my view of this whole situation, which again goes much deeper for some, than this one animal and situation
